February 26, 201214 yr anyone who murders, plants bombs on civillian targets, blows up power stations to disrupt the infrastructure of a country et al for political gain is a terrorist consider myself educated!

February 26, 201214 yr Maybe Traf could tell us the odds of a Mandela - Thatcher double for dying on the same day?
February 26, 201214 yr Maybe Traf could tell us the odds of a Mandela - Thatcher double for dying on the same day? A saint and sinner double?
February 26, 201214 yr As I recall, the oppression under the SA government of the 1950 was extreme. Terrorism may never seem to be right, but to serve 27 years as a political prisoner and then lead the country to a more peaceful state than anyone thought was possible is deserving of respect.

IIRC Mandela was resposible for the brutal MURDER of ???????people, so was his wife, both cunts deserve to die

February 26, 201214 yr anyone who murders, plants bombs on civillian targets, blows up power stations to disrupt the infrastructure of a country et al for political gain is a terrorist Have a look at how many people died under apartied before you start whining about Mandela and have a think about the context of the time. Im no pacifist and think sometimes violence is the only way to stop oppresive regimes. We did it to the Nazis and we did it recently in Libya. Violently disrupting the infrastructure of a country for the right reasons doesn't make you a terrorist. Blacks, Whites and Indians were told they must live, work and eat seperately and couldn't even meet up. White people were far better off and many black families were moved from their homes and thousands who refused were killed or imprisoned. The land belonged as much to them as it did the white people and when the ANC fought back peacefully they didn't achieve anything. Violence was the only solution but when you compare how many the ANC killed with how many innocent people died under apartied the numbers are vastly different. When he was released he granted all races in SA equal rights and created a mixed race government. Whats your point out of interest? Do you agree with the apartied goverment or do you think Mandela should have changed SA with peaceful hippy marches? I, along with the majority of the world will be celebrating his life and achivements when he dies.
February 26, 201214 yr Anyone who thinks the blacks and whites live in cuddly harmony in SA just because of Mandela are fucking puddled.

February 26, 201214 yr So if jerry Adams had created a united Ireland, omagh would have been acceptable? Bollocks Smiffs makes a fair point. Car bombs will always kill innocent victims, Mandela should've condemned the Church St. bombing. It has been said he signed that off, not sure if he ever denied this. Does anyone else think it ironic a communist was fighting for freedom?
February 26, 201214 yr [/b] Please show stats showing evidence of your misguided quote I think we already decided on another thread you can't with an argument with statistics. Its just common sense to me. Millions around the world protested against apartied and it was international pressure that made the govn consider his release. The guy won a Nobel Peace Prize (although fuck knows what that means nowadays) and he is loved and respected. When he does die have a look how many people take time to honour his life compared to how many people whine about how he was a murdering terrorist. That should give you your evidence. The fact thats all you can argue against in the post is a bit depressing though.. But just for you i will change it. I, along with many across the world will be respecting his life and achievements. (that better?) Edited February 26, 201214 yr by Youri Djorkaeff
February 26, 201214 yr Anyone who thinks the blacks and whites live in cuddly harmony in SA just because of Mandela are fucking puddled. True. Nobody lives in a cuddly harmony there but he and many others helped to make things a little better.

Lets not fcuk about here. The whole saintly image has been achieved through the actions of well meaning but utterly misguided fools around the world (mainly hippy, feral and commie types) on a do gooder campaign to free the shackles of the poor, downtrodden black man in Africa. The same misguided twats who have given you your fcuked up PC society where you can't refer to someone from Pakistan by his true nationality. The same fcuking fools responsible for the past and present starvation of millions of 'free' citizens and the installation of a corrupt quasi fascist in Rhodesia. Still pains me that the one country known as the bread basket of Africa has descended into complete basket case it now is. To sum up, I won't bat an eyelid when Mandela goes; will celebrate when Mugabe does and will be sad and respectful when Maggie departs. Triple M.
February 26, 201214 yr when the pakis are the majority in the uk and impose sharia law are we all going to say, 'aye, ok, you do as you like'
