The big kid in me feels like I'm 'wasting' precious frolicking/snowballing/snowman building/sledging time when I just sit in the house staring out of the window when it snows.

I don't even have a dog I can use as a pretence to go playing out.

I'm 45 (late on) next year.

As ever, fook all over this way.

Had a flurry of ice rain and continuous sleet makings the roads treacherous.

Think its snowed proper over here 3-4 times in my lifetime.

Lovely to wake up to, not so the boiler conking out. Wasn’t there a thread on here just before Christmas?

Sea air...

When I was a nipper, my old man, the bullshitter told me the sea at Bispham sometimes froze over in winter.

He also used to point to this green shed on Queen's Park whenever we passed it and tell me that it was where Kermit The Frog lived.

Just back from the shop in my shorts 👍🏼

Walked past a couple earlier: don't think they normally go out in autumn and winter.

She was wearing culottes, light trainers and short socks.

Talking baby steps through fear of slipping.

Looked as if they'd never seen snow before.
