The pic in the Sun with the umbrella at Blackburn was the best for me. Our press are a joke. Read a Times article that was slightly more balanced but the knives are definetly out already. May 4, 201214 yr I'd ban any sun journalists/reporters from any interviews/press conferences. I'd like to agree ... but if they did that then the Sun would make it their #1 priority to undermine EVERYTHING he does. The Sun is the biggest selling newspaper in the UK and unfortunately there's probably a high percentage of its readers that are influenced by whatever they print. The truth is a lot of journos have been made to look like cock-ends by the FA appointing Hodgson ahead of Redknapp. Journos don't like that. It'd be nice if our press could, as a whole, could get behind Hodgson from the start. If it goes tits up then it goes tits up ... but at least give him a chance first. Y'never know, he might actually be okay at this management malarky.
