Majority of us still got 2 arms and 2 legs and reasonably healthy ?

Ok,life goes on,yesterday is history and cannot be changed.

 

Look forward with optimism and confidence.

 

The Wanderers are in relatively good shape and have solid foundations.

 

The club say the huge debt is managable so that's no major worry

Our academy is already producing players who look useful and will surely play a part in the Championship next season

The dead wood can be moved on releasing funds for 2 or 3 hungrier players to come in and bolster the squad.

None of the bigger clubs will be coming in for our better players for once.

We have the nucleus of a decent side,Sordell looks the part,Chungy and Stu Holden will be fit and raring to go,stamping their authority on games and bossing the situation,making Bolton Wanderers a team once again to be feared.

Our fan base should be at a decent level and with a good start will surely increase throughout the season.

We will come back stronger,refreshed,recharged and partially rebuilt.

 

All is not lost,there is a bright future to look forward to,we've been in far worse situations than this.

Now the dust has settled it is time to talk without undermining the team. Yes miamiwhite we can get rid of the deadwood. hope that includes the manager, his backroom staff and the Chairman. Onward and upward come on you whites.

Sordell has to be in the starting XI next season

I've just had a look at the Championship table, and about 20 of the 24 that are in it next year are teams that have been in the Premiership.

 

Which means the old relegation joke of having to go to places like Grimsby week in week out no longer applies, it really is like a Premier League 2.

 

Also means it will be a right bastard to get out of.

 

And more worryingly, the teams coming up into it from League 1 are also ex-Premiership.

 

BUT.. as this thread is about, now the dust has settled, financial considerations aside, this is maybe a good thing. The years of finishing 8th, 6th, 8th in the Premier are long behind us. Do we really want another season like the last 3, gazing up the table at teams like Norwich, Swansea, Wigan...

 

Football is like a rollercoaster, the drops are scary but you can't have the rises without them.

Put it that way it does look good but do we keep the same manager and back room staff?

 

I would get a new manager and back room staff,but i personally think the board will persist with Coyle.

Whoever is manager will benefit from the nucleus of a side strong enough to challenge for promotion.

We've taken a backward step but i'm convinced we will come out of it stronger

I very much doubt we'll see Klasnic again. Ngog and Sordell will hopefully form a partnership that will send us back up

The Championship next season is arguably the strongest it's ever been.

Some big big clubs in there,but we're looking strong compared to a lot of those.

Blackburn are in total disarray,Wolves look likely to be losing their ''star players'',whereas our biggest names and best players will be back fully fit after their long term injuries and raring to go.

You cannot script football,it's like a soap opera but everybody just ad libs,and there's no guarantee we'll stroll it next season.

But with the core of the side intact,a couple of quality additions and this time next year we'll be planning trips to premier league grounds again

If Vaz Te can score goals in the championship, I'm hoping N'Gog will get shiloads.

You thought right Micky, I reckon Tyldesley White might have been being sarcastic though, or I hope so .

 

If Wheater was fit then you could have added him into that team as another player that I couldn't see leaving, or at least within just 1 season of being down there.

 

Next season is massive, I honestly think that we won't lose many of our players this summer (or the ones i give a shit about anyway) and we'll therefore have the best chance of promotion next season.

 

The problem comes if we don't get promoted, and then the better players get bored of Champ football, and get picked off from prem clubs.

From what ive seen of the championship this season it looks a lot shitter standard than i thought it was. I reckon weve got a decent chance of getting back up because not many people will want to buy any of our muppets and all our best players are coming back from bad injuries. I watched the playoffs and thought fuck me even we would shit these.
