Guest Frandsen08 Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 daniel braaten that you mentioned has 32 caps for his country. JSL was it laville who was nicknamed the rock? Quote
Rembrandt Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 If true then I am sure Nixon will be blowing smoke up his own arse on twatter! I have just tried looking but you need to register, can someone do the honours? On the you tube stuff, there is only one or two compilations on sanches and he is no Daniel braaten. Just a selection of short passes at what seems non league level. 25 caps for Colombia can't lie mind. If they all found their target, that'd be a massive improvement on last season for starters. birch-chorley Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 top news that mounts. our midfield is going to be awesome in the season, looking like a 4-5-1,with andrews and davies pushing forward, ching chong and petrov causing mayhem supeopleying quality crosses for SKD to bang in,or slipping in dinky doo passes for Sordell to smash home 30+ in the season. going to be head and shoulders above the rest. bolton news indicating today that the jap and boyata have indicated they're happy to come here again on loan, all boding well for a very strong squad, dare i say much stronger than last season's feeble offering Hell will freeze over before coyle plays 451 in the championship Quote
Traf Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 daniel braaten that you mentioned has 32 caps for his country. JSL was it laville who was nicknamed the rock? And Emile Heskey has 62 caps: a stat I only heard a few months back and I was (and still am!) astounded. International caps don't mean you're any good. Quote
Pablo Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 (edited) International football is not the top level for me any more, its become a bit of a joke. Jonas Gutierrez with 22 Argy Caps, Jenas with 21 England caps. That terrible Portugal striker you lot had, even has caps ! Edited July 13, 2012 by Pablo Quote

Guest Frandsen08 Posted July 13, 2012 Posted July 13, 2012 32 of them, so you're correct by the narrowest of margins! i thought it might be sven loved him up top with owen, and to be fair i seem to recall they had quite a good record together. Quote

miamiwhite Posted July 14, 2012 Author Posted July 14, 2012 thieving, cheating Bolton reject Jon Walters in talks with Celtic. usual rumour of chris eagles going to southampton,i certainly hope so Quote
HomerJay Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Eagles will be backup to cyl I'm happy with that. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Eagles will be backup to cyl I'm happy with that. That's if Gartside does not sell LCY to Wigan I find it disturbing that he is being linked with Wigan a couple of days after he played against them in a friendly, was he just proving his fitness in order to be sold to Wigan? If we sell him it's inexcusable. Quote

Mounts Kipper Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Disturbing or easy news? Hope it's the latter. Quote
Guest Blixa Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 This has been hanging around for a while now. £3 million was the original quoted price (Wigan's buying price, not our selling price). No chance at that money, bearing in mind the long contract. Quote
Arnold Jackson Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Eagles will be backup to cyl I'm happy with that. I think Eagles is a better goal threat than a lot of our forward players and he scored quite a few when Burnley were relegated to Championship before we signed him. Accomodating him in another role other than winger may not be an option? . . . but I'd like to see him stay for the 4 or 5 times in a season he will be the matchwinner. Quote
Guest bwfcdan Posted July 15, 2012 Posted July 15, 2012 Not being funny, really can't see CYL wanting to go to bloody Wigan. Quote
