seeing as they only take about 5 minutes from opening the fridge door to being eaten, dunno how anybody can not like 'em

Cracking food if you're in a rush. As Cassie says, from fridge to plate in about 5 minutes, what's not to like (need at least 3 eggs though, otherwise it's not worth the effort IMO)

I don't like them. Have a couple of poached ones on a piece of toast. Much tastier.

can't be doing with egg white

unless its a burned fried one

Crumble a bit of an Oxo cube into them before cooking.

(you can always sell the leftover bit as cannabis to gullible student types).

egg white = protein

egg yolk = fat

Omlettes are ace. Just realised I can't remember the last time I had one.

I now know what I'll be having for tea tonight though.

Top notch - especially the ones the yanks make with loads of eggs in them

eggs are vile.

One egg is an oeuf for me.

Just had somert in Holland called uitsmijter which is glorified on a menu but is just eggs on scraps of ham and chhese on bread. Or "leftovers" as I call it.

An omlette is neither healthy, unless you are using mainly egg white, nor a snack. HTH
