August 30, 201214 yr Dont know whether you Gridiron boys are aware. NFL tells teams to expect replacement refs in Week 1 This sounds like 'scab' refereeing. http://bleacherreport.com/tb/d8lwT?utm_source=newsletter&utm_medium=newsletter&utm_campaign=nfl
August 30, 201214 yr The odd thing is these aren't even top level NCAA refs. It's like getting non league refs in to cover the prem
August 31, 201214 yr Author The odd thing is these aren't even top level NCAA refs. It's like getting non league refs in to cover the prem Wouldn't bother me. Plus, they get to review most of the action so I doubt it will be much different. I'm childishly excited. Owen Coyle's fault.

September 6, 201213 yr http://www.bbc.co.uk...otball/19487814 The BBC is to broadcast the NFL's Monday Night Football for the 2012 season.Coverage starts on 10 September, with Cincinnati Bengals playing Baltimore Ravens and San Diego Chargers facing Oakland Raiders. The games will be live on the BBC Red Button and BBC Sport website
September 6, 201213 yr I wanna get into it....someone car to explain basic rules One man chucks the ball whilst another runs down the pitch and tries to catch it whilst all the other players have a grapple with one another. If he catches it but an opposition player jumps on him they stop the game and start all over again until he catches it in, or runs into, the zone at the end of the pitch. Then someone kicks it through the goals. If the opposition gets the ball they stop the game and both teams swap all their players for another team as some are attackers and some are defenders but they don’t do both. Games take a long time. Think that’s the basics.
September 7, 201213 yr Fuck me im tired I take it you stayed up then? Watched it last night. Excellent run defense from the cowboys, Bradshaw very rarely found a gap. Daft interception aside I thought Romo was excellent. As for the sky sports presenting team I love Cecil Martin, he's all over the place and makes less than no sense a lot of the time but hes brilliant to watch. It'll be interesting to see who the beeb roll out for MNF. They should give Claire Balding the gig she'd make some of the line men look tiny.
September 7, 201213 yr It'll be interesting to see who the beeb roll out for MNF. Murray and Carlson could rekindle their Five bromance, I suppose. I hadn't twigged before, but red button/website means no record option. If only the BBC had a load of channels doing fuck all in the early hours...
