Everyone has their own 'favourite' mug whether that be at home or at work shirley?

 

For no particular reason this morning I started to take notice of what mugs others here at work have on their desks. I've so far clocked an "I love cats" and a "World's Best Uncle".

 

So fellow WWayers, what's on yours?

 

Mine, btw, is a large Batman one... or as I like to call it, the Batmug.

I have a union jack mug at home which I always use.

I took a BWFC mug into work as I thought it would be safe, from being used by others. Mistake. Someone took it & it ended up going in the dishwasher. A week later I recovered it andthe logo had all faded - shite quality mug, I blame Coyle

Plain white bone china one. Makes the brew taste better. MMW.

I have the mug & t Shirt, never use them.

Mine says "Office Geek", which is true, especially as I fell asleep last night watching Star Wars.

At Work: Owen Coyles Super White Army with a picture of the 'Messiah' on it. It was one of my leaving prezzies after swapping jobs at work.

 

At home: Nat Lofthouse Working Class Hero at home. I bought my brothers and Brother-in-laws one each for Xmas.

at work i have 2, a mr grumpy, secret santa purchased by one of my staff

 

and a daddy of the year, which was obviously a fathers day present.

 

 

at home, all our mugs are black denby. i wouldnt dream of putting a mug that didnt match in the cupboard.

Mugs by nature shouldn't be matching in my opinion. Maybe co ordinated, but matching? It's not lingerie for goodness sake, it's casual tea/coffee drinking.

... actually now I come to think of it I have towels in both bathrooms that I have never used nor will do. Like the 'tree' They're just there 'for show'.

Come to think of it though, my favourite one is a cartoon piggie in a retro style!

Got 3 at work.

 

One has POW printed on it in an Adam west batman stylee.

One says I <3 RVK (reykjavik)

T'other is a Guinness mug.

 

At home I mainly use my mug in the shape of Homer Simpson's head.
