I personally don't think that is irrational, after witnessing how bad we have been for 18 months it is going to take more than 3 wins in 6 championship games for me to change my mind. If he does start to turn things around and is given time in the job then I will change my mind and gladly eat humble pie, however like I said he's got a long way to go with me before he gets to that stage.
