little bit about me

1st match was in the 69/70 season when i was 3 nearly 4(0-0 draw at burnden)

been a season ticket holder ever since

best time i had was thru the dismal years of the late 70s and all the way thru 80s

think i only missed 1 home game and went to every away game in that time (league cups on a tues night an all)

well im bored of it so u must be

 

a lot of people on here was saying at the start of season give coyle 10 games

well they r up and we have 11 points-- do we give him another 5

imo we have to get rid whilst weve got 2 weeks break

also why did everyone say when coyle came that he was a legend

he played 2 full seasons and got a 12 goals --- that is not a legend in my eyes

ive not heard any coyle out chanting at any match this season( except for a few -- which can hardly be heard)

but reading the forums 95% want coyle out

also i will get slated for this but megson was more successful than coyle by along way and gave us more things to shout about

he was just a dick with the supporters---but the way coyle has been reported to say that we as supporters no nothing(calling us thick)

thats riled me more than megson in his few years with us( ffs weve had 3 shite managers since big sam--- coyle being far the worse)

whats coyle given us since he came -- taking us to wembley --- thanks owen thats the best memory ive got-- and i stayed to the end as well

Anyone who thinks he can suddenly turn things around is really clutching at straws, he has had long enough now, and in my eyes is getting worse game by game.I spoke to an ex player last week who still keeps in touch with the present players he told me that the training is good and enjoyable but that he has lost confidence in the players and more importantly in himself.

Surely if he knows he's lost confidence in himself he should take a back step and quit to save the club he's supposed to love

The players have been shite and that clearly won't change under Coyle. He's probably just too nice a bloke to deliver the rocket they all need.

 

No hard feelings towards Coyle, and some of the stuff people are writing attacking him personally are childish, cowardly and bang out of order. There can be no doubt he wants the best for our club.

 

However, he cannot get the results for whatever reason so it's time to change.

 

The trouble is that we do seem to have a fan base that absolutely loves to string someone up at the earliest opportunity, and it's fucking pathetic the way it's done.

Thing is its the same issues week in week out, add that a couple of bad decisions it makes it worse.

 

I'd like to know how many different squads we've had this season alone let alone since he took over

They have put their hands in their pockets so far this season in the loan signings of Spearing and Warnock so why would they scrimp on a cheaper appoinmtment?

So what - at the moment I'd take a free agent,secret agent or fucking estate agent !!

Plenty free agents at the moment, and I think quite a few are far more experienced than Coyle.

 

As said previously, nice bloke and he has tried. Just not worked and won't be working in the future. I firmly believe that the players actually like the bloke, mainly because it's an easy ride for them.
