Very true, since my dad became ill, i quite enjoy taking my mam shopping around Bolton and bumping into old faces on the streets.

Charities like this poverty commission are full of shit, they need scare mongering like this to keep a lot of people in a good job.

Their definition of poverty is bollocks.. Yes there are bad areas in Bolton but you're telling me folk are worse off than our grandparents were just after the war? Or go further back in time and look at how ordinary working people fared then before any health service or benefits. What was the saying? Life was nasty, brutish and short.
