Ben Haim was great. Read the game superbly and I think Dawson is quicker.

He's ok sometimes his application is shite that's my beef there's no excuses - why does he need Dawson gonzo to coax him thru a game or because his playing style compliments him sadly it's the former because he's had plenty partners in what's been the worst defensive 2-3 years in the last what 15 / 20 seasons? It's not all him but he is a fairly common denominator in it

Knight's problems arise from the fact he is lazy and lacks concentration. Nothing to do with ability.

 

If he played league 2 he would still makes the same type of mistakes he does now. Always a mistake in him. For the wage he is on , we can do better.

For 95% of the time Knight is a bloody good centre half especially at Championship level.

 

His problem is he's prone to 1 or 2 major brain-farts a game and they quite often prove costly.

Knight is the one who never gets dropped. It's always his partner. I'll trust the management on this one.

hes the best option we have alongside dawson at the moment, so its tough shit if people think hes not good enough. nothing anyone can do until the summer.

Fair point but I for one would credit knight if it were merited, he looks better with Dawson, but for his experience he should be leading Dawson not t'other round. Bit I agree they look okay so far.
