I'd like to thank the courts, Dale & the prison service for fucking up my commute every morning for the last few weeks.

If he's now gone guilty then they won't be taking him to court every day now, it'll bee his cd defendants won't it?

Hang him

He's pled guilty to the coppers but not his dad and brother (?)

I go past the Courts in Preston every morning, and for the last fortnight there's been a couple of riot vans, 3 or 4 cars, a dozen or so coppers stood around (a few of them armed with machine guns), and the helicopter hovering overhead. No doubt there's a sniper on a nearby roof too. All for some cunt with one eye, wearing handcuffs. You'd think he was the Incredible Hulk.

I doubt it actually costs £7k to get the helicopter off the ground. That £7k will be the budgeted annual cost divided the budgeted annual amount of flights to give a cost per flight. If the helipcopter wasn't needed during this trial then the majority of these costs would still be incurred... but you'd potentially still have an underabsorption (cost) in whichever cost centre the helicopter sits. JSL.

Anyway, I hope the scumbag rots in jail. Unfortunately he'll probably be seen as some kind of hero by many on the inside.

They should tell them they are on the way to knock the fuck out of the convict's mums/kids and see who's the first people they call...

The escort will be to stop his henchmen/gang from springing him or some one from pogging him from the opposing gang.
