There is a direct train manc to Bournemouth during week. Not sure if it runs at weekend.

 

Just checked takes five hours. You can get a train from manc at half seven Friday night that gets to bmouth for midnight.

 

Been working down there a fair bit in last two years.

I have flown down every time. There will be very limited availability on flybe and price is nearer 150 due to airport tax.

 

Trains very frequent from airport to bmouth and cost 12.50 each way. Fast train is about 35 mins but the ones that stop everywhere take hours.
