The whole country does a sweepstake like we do for the grand national. I went to some college basketball game when I was in Atlanta. There must've been a good couple of thousand there watching it. It was shit. Team A scores, Team B scores, Timeout, Team A scores, Team B scores, Timeout, Team A Scores, Sponsor's Timeout, Team B Scores, and so on and so on. At one point a fat 50-odd year old guy behind me stood up and shout "Hey, number 8, I HATE you". The freakishly tall (and admittedly good) player just smiled back.
