Its a piece of piss.

I draw the line at drinking my own piss.

Whose piss do you drink?

Is it un-sweetened !?!?!

A bowl of cornflakes with skimmed milk is about 200 calories.  Most other decent cereals are about the same.  That'll do for me

had a cheese and ham toasty at 10 this morning in halifax

fooking starving now how them Rayguns do it i dont know

fuck me

are you all not starving?

what is wrong with me

Nowt wrong with you Garrp - I wake up starving every morning. Only time I miss breakfast is if I am really ill.

my general breakfast is peanut butter (stuff from H&B is wonderful) mixed with natural yoghurt, flax seed, coconut, and berries. just a heaped tablespoon of peanut butter is enough to keep you full until lunch

Maybe you JJ but that would not suffice for me. I will usually have a bowl of home made muesli, a banana and an apple by 12.

300 calories in 50g of peanut butter. It fills you up, believe me!

Isn't there (in peanut butter) also about 25 grams of fat per 50 grams, roughly half? About three bags of crisps' worth, for the uninitiated.

For cereal , things like al-bran, bran flakes and shredded wheat seem to be the best. You can add what you like for fresh fruit and grain which is better than the dried stuff in mueslis.

I have bran flakes with a sliced banana and raisins, full fat milk tho as anything else is just white water.

But he's only a lttle fellow, weighs about 500g.

Amount of fat in 'full fat' Coke = Zero.

Amount of fat in Diet Coke = Zero.

Aye. PB is 25% protein, and 50% fat. good fats, the type you need.

Im adament Bananas are the reason I have a gut.

I've probably told this tale on here before but...

Years ago I used to work at a large office building in Bolton, anyhow, part of my job entailed being there at daft 'o' clock for the to receive BRUTES from Royal Mail (hello sailor) - I'd then go and get some scran in the cafe...

Well, as it was the crack of dawn and no-one else was around, I'd watch the staff getting the breakfasts ready - this bloke took about six half pound, greaseproof wrapped blocks of lard (complete with cartoon pig winking on the wrapper) and chucked them into the big electric mixer, then got a big paper sack of cheese powder and tipped a load of that in, this mixture was then spread on loads of trays of half done sliced bread/toast. Et voila, 'Cheese' on toast - hundreds of rounds of it.

There were quite a good few Muslims worked there, and, obviously, this was one of the few breakfast foods (cheese on toast) they thought would be kosher (well, Halal) to eat...I couldn't see the point of making them aware of the fact after they'd all been merrily eating it for brekkie for months/years.

Did you see the cook urinate into the lard/cheese powder mix at any point?

Sugar puffs or Cheerios and an iron tablet for breakfast

cuppa soup for dinner

rock hard, sharp, ordeal of a shit at 3pm every day

gym

tea

graze on crap till bed.

Repeat daily.

A cuppa soup for lunch? Is that it? No wonder you don't poo reet.

Two Weetabix and milk and that's it. Used to have corn flakes/Cheerios etc but realised I could eat Weetabix in four spoonfuls and therefore get another 90 seconds in bed.
