We must get Pratley back in centre mid for me. Have to accept that the Medo/Spearing partnership just ain't working, and Medo is the one to go IMO. I've been disappointed with his input so far, which is a shame as he promised an awful lot in his bit-part displays last season.

Pratley can consider himself very unfortunate after a solid season in the middle of the park last year. Stick him in there with Spearing.

Lonergan

McNaughton   Mills   Ream   Baptiste

Danns   Pratley   Spearing   Lee

Beckford   C. Davies

It's going to be miserable, isn't it?

Miserable, grim and depressing. And leave us all questioning not just we bother, but our very existence.

You should submit that to the Bournemouth tourist board

Lonergan

Mears Mills Ream McNaughton

Lee Pratley Spearing Hall

Eagles

C. Davies

That's what I'd go for.

I wish Medo and Spearing were playing as well as they were last season, and M.Davies was fit, those 3 would be a great midfield.

And Mears in, he has been dreadful for us but I think he deserves a second chance, Baptiste hasn't won a header since he's been here, well one, and we know how that went.

genuine question - why would anybody want to put mcnaughton on the left

does he have experience there?

i don't think the defence looks too shabby for this league and if we were going to change the left back, kellett would be my choice

IF he was taller, it would be an easier call

also, wouldn't leave medo out of an away game - i wouldn't leave him out of any game, but definitely not away

Jobs for the boys

I knew there was part of Coyles work you liked :)

tell you what, the bits i've seen of him, he's much more likely to offer something going forward than baptiste can on that side and alonso showed you don't need to be able to defend to be a bolton full back

and aye, it'd make his mum happy :)

I wouldn't drop him either, if anything, I'd stick with Spearing and Medo and stop tinkering, because tinkering is the last thing we need and 1 thing most a critical of DF for

that said, I would expect us to turn similar to Blackpool and Brum away so expect it to be 1 up top - which would probably make them 2 more effective, playing behind a 3

Agree.

For a start, Kellett is naturally left-footed. Ha also has good positional sense and covering ability.

But like you say, he isn't the tallest and I've seen one or two youth games where the opposition have put a big guy up against him.

I thought that he would make a decent left wing as he can cross a good ball with his left foot.

We haven't had a decent crosser all season and that is one of our problems.

What's crack at night? Is it gonna bee like brighton where you need I D and shit and no out of towners?

Either way I'm on it and on the prowl, some lucky southern slag is getting a bit of Bolton in her

All, I live in Bournemouth and will be at the game.

We will get battered by Bournemouth based on what I've seen this season.

In terms of after the game I'd recomend starting at the Litten Tree on Old Christchurch Rd for the Arsenal / Liverpool game then doing a pub crawl down the hill from there (Oneill's, Walkabout, Yates's on the same road) you wont have any issues getting in most of them places - the other side of town is a bit fussier

Enjoy.

i don't want to piss on your chips but the match is in danger of being called off due to a waterlogged pitch....sorry chaps

That'll not be an issue, if I'm sober enough to remember the match, I'll not be happy
