September 21, 201312 yr I've given the benefit of the doubt but enough is enough. I wanted it to work but it hasn't. To be honest we were lucky at the end of last season and apart from Hull, we never looked that convincing. What has he really achieved as a manager, a good six months at Palace last season, but nothing else really. Sorry Dougie, you had a chance but time to step aside.

On paper we have a very strong team/squad. Its down to the manager to utilise and nurture that talent and ability. He obviously cannot. He needs to go and immediately. We have more chance beating Yeovil without him than with him. He's been over promoted and is being found out big style. This simply cannot be allowed to go on any longer.

We're top four in terms of transfer fees. In terms of net spend, we're even higher, because both QPR and Wigan have recouped more than they've spent. I wouldn't think we're far off the top six in terms of wage bill. We were top three in that category last season.
