December 9, 201312 yr Club have reduced prices. £15 Adults, £5 Concessions. http://mobile.bwfc.co.uk/news/article/prices-slashed-for-new-year-clash-1225161.aspx?pd=635221938700000000

December 9, 201312 yr I think it should. Show what a set of twats Middlesborough where I agree. Rather than us being petty, I'd much rather it was as full a house as possible and a cracking atmosphere.

December 9, 201312 yr Reduced price across the board. Bolton come out of this the better club. Fair play to them. COYW!

December 9, 201312 yr This does beg the question though, if Boro asked us to agree to a reduced price to £12 and we rejected, why then lower it to £15? We should have agreed to £12 and got more of us at the away game.

December 9, 201312 yr Was this actually the case? According to ITK people on their forums. I can't see why Bolton wouldn't agree to £12 though, and then lower to £15.
December 9, 201312 yr Not heard that? I know a bloke who works for Middlesbrough he just said it was embarrassing away fans getting charged more. Not that everyone's gonna be privy to ticket information I suppose.
December 9, 201312 yr I thought home club kept all ticket income for a League game these days (maybe except costs to away club). The rich bast*d clubs (usual suspects) got it changed over 20 years ago, didn't they ........... thin end of the wedge. So away club should have no input on home club ticket prices for a League game.
December 9, 201312 yr Boooo hiss, I want a tenner off next seasons season ticket now. Haha, I do get jealous of these discounts.
December 9, 201312 yr I might not bother with a ST next year. Managed to get at least one free ticket to every game this season for my mates, who haven't got tickets, yet I'm forking out. And if I can't get one ill just buy on the day. Would probably work out cheaper over the season but I'd feel bad on people's whose tickets I'm using when they've paid for them.

When I didn't get one I found it was easy to stop going. At first the cheap tickets were easy to find. Then not so after a while and it became easy to watch in the pub or do something else. I like how the season ticket bounds me in to every home game. Without that I reckon Id be picking and choosing and slipping out of the habit. Too easily done.

December 9, 201312 yr I reckon they've made it £15 for the Smoggies as the orange warriors want a good ruck.
