. I just want to see some hope for next season. How can you say we have found a team capable of going up, we haven't beaten a top ten team all season. The only half decent team in our current run came here and won comfortably. Today it wasn't so much about the performance it was the managers team selection and tactics, We are going nowhere under Freedman. Really hope I'm wrong as well but three wins against god awful teams (who everyone else seems to be beating incidentally) is just covering the cracks.

50pts in our last 33 games says this is no lucky run against shit teams.

Brighton are currently 6th with a season average of 1.523pts

Missed the goal as i was in the brew queue.

 

Thought we were poor and a team with a decent striker could have battered us.

We couldn't keep possesion for toffee, gave the ball away far too often.

Our recent tactics dont work with beckford up front on his todd, id like to see him playing alongside The Juke for a longer spell.

dissapointed he took Hall off for Danns, he runs down a lot of blind alleys and tries to do too much himself, but he was causing them problems.

Baptiste has played his last game IMO too many times he dives in.

 

That said we won and that's all that counts.

Knight is staying if he accepts reduced terms (I'd hazard a guess at 10k a week) and rightly so.

I had high hopes for Baptiste when we signed him, but he has been truly awful.

 

I can see him not playing for us again after that - a public humiliation being dragged off for giving away ANOTHER penalty, and then sitting sulking.

 

I don't think he will want to play for Freedman, or Freedman will want him to play again (although he may well do - I can't figure the man or his team choices out!)

Dogwank. A controversial goal - some thought offside. They missed a couple of point blank howlers. And miss a pen. We scrape home against the bottom of the league. Never noticed so many empty seats either. Think a lot of ST holders didn't show.

Plus point was Spearing. Another great game IMO. As much as Trotter show improvements, I don't want him to. I'm seriously worried DF will sign him permanently. Oh god no, is this what we have become?

Juke livened things up as per usual. Shame we didn't get chance to see Mason before he leaves.
