Wanderers 1 Barnsley 0

Thought Barnsley would be bringing a fair few considering the importance for them, sold 300 so far though. Hopefully more will turn out, get a bit of atmosphere!

Anyway, 2-0 Bolton. Juke and Wheater.

I was a student in London and hitch-hiked a lift for the first and last time for that Barnsley game, for some insane reason. I remember being about to give it up as a bad job on the hard shoulder at the start of the M1 about 11.30 when a car pulled up. Complete lunatic driver - didn't go below 110 all the way to Sheffield... which I was ok with given the time. He then ran out of petrol. So I had to hitch again over the kin Woodhead Pass. Lorry driver did the decent as far as Manc. Train from Piccadilly and then legged it from Trinity St down the Manny Road. Got in thru the main entrance for nowt (it was now half time). Felt like running straight down the tunnel and soaking up some applause for my efforts. Didn't. Got a message over the tannoy asking if any London Whites were going back (why I didn't think of that for the journey up Christ knows, given I was already a member then!). Luckily there were a few in attendance. We lost 3-2. Happy days.

Fuck me...

Great effort!

2-0

3-0

I really hope we play some yoof in this.

I really hope we play some yoof in this.

I think we owe it to the other clubs to no switch off against Barnsley and Charlton.

4-1

Juke x 2, Spearing and Chungy with the goals.

The late season run of decent results rolls on hopefully

3-0, 16,789 - I can see a decent turnout from them - we've had very few crowds under 15k this season (even with some poor away followings), which is impressive I think.

For attendance stattos, looks like we're on course to finish as the 10th best supported club in the division on around 16k - and top of the Lancashire pile...and 10th best away following too - an average of around 1300 (Burnley, despite averaging around 13.5k at home may end up with an average of around 1900 away...not surprising given the season they've had). If we have something to shout about next season I can only see these figures rising. Let's hope.

3-1 Juke, Chungy and Beckford

3-1

Medo, Juke and Beckford

As of yesterday, Barnsley had sold around 500.

We should be allowed to play Yarkshur teams every week.

If our Douglas lets the boys off the leash, we should murder these, 4 bout.

IF and it's a big if!!!!

I think we owe it to the other clubs to no switch off against Barnsley and Charlton.

Birmingham are on 43, so they may not be safe going into the last match.

Leicester may still need points to secure first place (and may be too strong anyway).

Wednesday are our biggest challengers for 14th place... so just who do we play youngsters against?

I want another 5 wins and expect full bloodied effort from anyone and all that play.

we owe other teams nowt

fcuk em all

Is the correct answer.

The people we owe, are ourselves, we need to test these kids, to see if they are likely to be ready for next season, or do we need to buy.

I hate Neil Redfearn

we owe other teams nowt

fcuk em all

This entirely, start Mason and Juke, Mason gets a goal, lots of claps, then yank him off at HT and stick on Clough at he side of Juke. Lets see if he can mix it with the big lads for 45min.

PS - 3-0 Mason, Wheater and Medo

We owe Charlton for taking that massive twat Sordell off our hands.

We've given Charlton an extra 24hrs rest at the expense of the fans, Fuck 'em.

We owe Charlton for taking that massive twat Sordell off our hands.

True but they gonna put said twat back in our lap come end of season.

Was it against Barnsley when Gudni scored from about 40 yards, think it was Boxing day at Reebok in 1997?

Anyway 2-2
