April 25, 201412 yr According to wiki the other week,Alex Quinn off SSN was a regualr at Bunga Bunga parties. Haha
April 25, 201412 yr A regular poster on here once let slip in conversation that he edited the Wiki page on Buckshaw Village. It almost became habit on waking on a weekend morning to edit the entry with details on cottaging hot spots or a new glory hole in trap 2 of the station bogs.
April 25, 201412 yr Can someone please go on wiki and edit the page about the Bradford fire in a similar way please, just to see if it gets the same reaction? My money says it won't. The sooner this season is over the better. Hideous scouse cunts
April 25, 201412 yr The Events of the Bradford fire wasn't covered up by a corrupt establishment for decades and names of the victims dragged through the mud through was it. If the correct report had been filed originally it wouldn't have dragged on like this for so long. It's the fight for justice people have been fighting for all this time not just a running memorial service. Edited April 25, 201412 yr by gonzo

But where's the 3.07pm for Burnden, Ibrox, Bradford and Heysel? (Heysel never gets mentioned...) It does feel like one big running memorial service.

But when someone wants their own version of the truth, and no mention of how football fans behaved back in the day being any kind of contributing factor to the deaths of those poor innocent people at the front of the crowd whatsoever, not even a single speck of blame, it will always be tarred with shit.

IMO the ones that died were the innocent ones so the cover was a disgrace, but the idea that the fans did not play some part is simply not true.
April 26, 201412 yr No sense of humour some folk. Everybody edits wiki, that's what it's there for Would you have the same view if it was your kid that died that day? Maybe you need to put yourself in their shoes before you post Edited April 26, 201412 yr by Salford Trotter

IMO the ones that died were the innocent ones so the cover was a disgrace, but the idea that the fans did not play some part is simply not true. I don't think anyone is suggesting that are they? My view on it is,is that the behaviour of the Liverpool fans that day leading up to the tragedy wasn't some kind of freak event. Fans were charging gates, turning up late, being drunkenly out of control all across the country on a weekly basis. Hooliganism was rife. The whole world knew that end at Hillsborough was going to be hammered that day. It was the polices job to controll the situation in a way police forces across the country had to do for every other large scale football match previous to that one. They failed to controll the situation, they made crucial mistakes that led to te tragedy,it was their job to controll the situation. Like I say further up,the wreckless behaviour of Liverpool fans that day was nothing new was it? Obviously the biggest crime that followed was the complete cover up by the police and government to try exonerate themselves of any blame. People talk as if it was exclusive to them.Folk with short memories IMO. Like I've said a thousand times,if you find the tributes over bearing or the fight for justice tiring, maybe try and understand what it would be like to lose a son or daughter at a football game and then police cover up exactly what went on in the most craven way possible for 25 years.
April 26, 201412 yr Politics being brought into it now. Mr Burnham said it was "sickening and appalling to think that people in government are aiming this kind of abuse at the Liverpool supporters"
April 26, 201412 yr The Taylor Report came to the conclusion that ticketless fans attempting to force entry was not a contributing factor, I have posted a link to the relevant section in the past. It is this which makes many of us who attended football at the time to discredit it. There's no excuse for the cover up and those who died deserve justice but if we want the truth maybe as well as the inquests being repeated perhaps a follow up to the Taylor Report is needed.

I agree. Opening the gates was the wrong decision but if they hadn't would the tragedy not just have been at those gates rather than in the ground?P.S. My tongue was firmly in my cheek with the other post but obviously we need to make it clear when talking about Liverpool Edited April 26, 201412 yr by no balls
April 26, 201412 yr Politics being brought into it now. Mr Burnham said it was "sickening and appalling to think that people in government are aiming this kind of abuse at the Liverpool supporters" If it's come from Whitehall, the politics has to be brought into it. Hopefully some fucker will lose their job over this, it's just a bit sick really
April 26, 201412 yr If it's come from Whitehall, the politics has to be brought into it. Hopefully some fucker will lose their job over this, it's just a bit sick really it's fucking disgusting whoever did it should be hung, drawn and quartered.
April 26, 201412 yr it's fucking disgusting whoever did it should be hung, drawn and quartered. I don't think that punishment is still used these days
April 26, 201412 yr I don't think that punishment is still used these days When we bring Sharia Law in, it might make a comeback.

April 26, 201412 yr No one repeat no one should die at the footy ever It's the rolling in misery, eternal victim mentality that grates with me...fucking hell move on grieve by all means but move on..
