I know it's very early days and we've not seen a lot of em, but I hope they can be part of our promotion campaign next season.

 

I was very impressed with Kellett when he come on Saturday.

As for Kellet I don't think it shows he's not ready yet, I think he would have been in and around the 1st team since the start of the season but has been injured. 1 month at Argyle seems more like a fitness exercise than improving to another level.

 

This. He needs something a bit more competitive than the U21's to get him ready for stepping in to the first team after missing all of pre season and a good chunk of the start of the season.

That's true, even with some of DF's crazy decisions I think he'd have been playing some 1st team football this season without the injuries.

 

Instead he's going to be fresh for our 2nd half of the season promotion push. Happy days.

That's a great write-up.

The lads got talent I'm convinced he will break through his cameo perfornance at sheff wed was at times breathtaking.

Plymouth fans are absolutely full of praise for Kellett. From what I have seen, I don't think he will be a full back, he'll be an wide midfielder/winger. It was clear for all to see he had something to offer last season.

 

Carlisle fans seem to like Hayden White as well. Not so struck with Georg Iliev but early days for him. Oxford fans think Joe Riley is good going forward, great crosser of the ball but a bit suspect defensively (I live in Oxford so get a steady stream of feedback).

Correct. His strength is definitely attacking and would suspect he'd get caught out of position a lot if playing LB in a flat back four.

 

Still if Clichy can make a career out of it.....
