What I want most of all is for Dougie Freedman to finally get it right and string some kind of consistent playing system together that maximises our players capabilities,instead of trying to make first fix joiners into cabinet makers.

 

I really do want him to prove everybody wrong and get it right before we even think about looking at other options.

 

He talks well,he looks the part...everything about him says he knows what he's doing.

 

His transfers always seem spot on and are generally to cover weak areas.

 

It's just on the pitch it all goes to pot. It's boring crap football that invites teams to penetrate us. Only bog standard teams don't exploit this.

The team is a lot worse than when he took over so any idiot could have cut the wage bill and got us to where we are now imo.

This board has run in cycles ever since I've been on it, the pro and anti Megson lot switched sides under OC and it's flipped again with Dougie & the recent performances

Managing a football club is a lot harder than people think I would imagine. I think most people can still tell when things aren't going very well.
