Ipswich and brum were the 2 defeats in 7

The last one was reading away

The other defeat was a 5-2 bumming at Southend who went down

That Southend result was quite possibly the barmiest result in the whole league Callander that season.

Still don't get it now.

Up to the half way line, just looked on YouTube.

I wish I remembered, I was 5 :(

I was in the Kemlyn that night, it was half and half.

From memory at Everton didn't we have behind the goal and all the top tier of the new stand down the side, some following on both nights but how many did we have in 76 in the semi at goodison was it 12,000?

Spoken to many EFC fans over the years about that match and they all agree that they had not seen the away end so packed. It was a nightmare getting a good view that night, it was so crammed when Whatmore scored, i didn't fall over.

in the seats behind the goal

did we have the terrace below?

In the 77 game at Goodison ? I knew it was tasty outside. Some sore heads on the way back to Stanley Park,

Yeah, seats and terrace in Park end and all the upper tier of main stand. Brilliant following. And 4.5k to Arsenal on a Weds night wasn't shabby either.

I think the poorest following we took to Everton was in our relegation season in 80. We stood our ground though on that day.

Aye.

Was nearer the half way line iirc

We took our average home attendance that season to anfield that night
