I'm not a fan of what I'm about to say because it's used unnecessarily at times. But Oldham is a proper northern club. Good to see them back in the league. Chuffed for 'em.

Getting the GD down also, Arsenal fans will be proper worried.

City taking the piss now.

Good for goal difference too.

As for the relegation battle, I now reckon Spurs are favourites to drop with the others.

I'm not convinced they've enough players up for it.

Looking at their remaining games; clearly they will feel they should beat wolves, but that apart, there isn't another fixture that you'd say they should win.

And They've been nervous wrecks at home for months now. They must realize it doesn't help them

City look like they've found their flow. Meanwhile arse cagey as fuck. Should be interesting to say the least

This scoreline means that a loss at City, coupled with a City win in their game in hand, would see them knocked off top spot.

Guaranteed.

It's natural that people will voice their frustrations.

You keep posting the same and I come back to you each time.

As I always say, this is a forum, and to an extent just conveys the conversations in the pubs after a game.

Calling those in such a way on a form of social media is the same behaviour that you criticise them for.

Naturally, some comments about players are very strong, and get personal, which is out of order, but it is just a means of discussion.

To add to the circular discussions, your contribution also adds to the same paradoxical debate!

The haters aren’t going to stop hating. I’m not going to stop calling out the haters and you are not going to stop calling out those calling out the haters!

As @gonzo and @Traf pointed out it’s a massive over-reaction from some.

And it wakens up those who have a personal agenda against players (and quite frankly all things BWFC), quiet after victories, but guaranteed to be repeating their doom after a defeat.

You talk about being in a pub and I get it and I’d say the same to them face-to-face. “Change your tune you miserable bastard” (not you! 😂) before going on to debate with  them - just like on here. That’s what we do 🤷‍♂️

I just think the debate after a defeat from some can have a little bit more depth and balance than “Johnston’s shit”  “Sheehans shit” “The manager is clueless” etc etc…. Everytime

Cundy and Ohara had em on absolute pins yesterday. I was proper belly laughing.

So good them two on form. Folk fall for it hook line a sinker.

Their atmosphere is half the problem.

Nervous fucking wrecks.

Not wanting to bum the scousers, but compare it to when they were going for the league. The mad bastards are hanging off lampposts with flares to greet the team bus 2 hours before the game.

Arsenal fans turn up, try and get interviewed by that AFTV shite, sing about the weather then shit themselves whenever there’s a misplaced pass whilst shouting the odd “Arrrrsenal, Arrrsenal”.

I really dislike the modern Arsenal fanbase and they’ve not got any of the universally liked players like they did in the noughties, so for that reason I hope City beat them to it!

Bang on mate. They are the worst fanbase in the league for me.

Middle Class ponces booing and jeering their own players.

There's only Rice that properly stands out for them, mainly because he just grafts.

Aye and they've been like that for seasons now. They may as well crawled under their seats in the foetal position tother season when they shat the bed against Villa. In all my years watching football never known an atmosphere like it.

That fookin soppy song they play before games does my head in too. :D

I see Rochdale and York are still light years ahead in National League but of course only ones goes up as of right. If they match each others results next game then its winnder takes all last game, Dale at home. If they win then York could miss out on automatic despits having 107 points! They'd then enter a playoff tournament with a team currently 32 points behind them. Bit harsh, to say the least!

It needs to go to 2 up automatically and then a third via play off. I'm not an avid follower of it, but to me the top half of NL seems like its possibly getting too strong to only have 1 automatic place to play for.

Does it take EFL clubs to vote on changes to numbers of relegation places though?

Southend have the last play off spot

They are 32 points off York and 33 above the last relegation spot

Mad

They'll probably go up

Its embarrassing isn't it.  Not sure if they're embarrassed themselves now and just feel like they have to continue the charade that its their "anthem".

Its awful but gives the rest of us another reason to dislike them so long may it continue 😀

And when they score, the announcer thinks he's in Germany, just announcing the player's first name and getting the crowd to do the surname in some wierd voice/accent.  You can tell they hate it themselves but are obliged to join in half heartedly because they don't even like the player who's scored 😀 (Gyokerers)

Rochdale seemed to have blown it this week drawing at Hartlepool and unbelievably losing at home to relegated Morecambe.  Then losing to Wealdstone till late, and again getting 2 late goals to win in 90th minute, otherwise York were virtually up.

They both play at 5.30 on Saturday, York v Yeovil, Dale at Braintree.  Hopefully they can take it to the last game.

Live in Hertfordshire so my local is 99% Spurs and Arsenal

None of them ever go but watching them go into meltdown whenever they lose a match is superb viewing

Now both of them panicking is superb

Spurs relegated and City prem and I should sell tickets

Is Amorim back in charge of United here?

I heard about 300 Leeds fans were drinking in Stalybridge earlier on, extreme measures to avoid Roger Dubious' lot.

Yeah whatever happened to Red Roger?

This just gets better and better! Scum down to 10

That’s a horrendous red card. They’re making out like he ripped his hair off his head, he let it go through his fingers!

World’s gone mad, prem is wank - but it was against those bastards so it’s alright by me 😂

Pulling hair. WTF have we become.

York missed out with 96 points last season as well
