Either he's replying to texts they have sent him but then how did they get his number or he looked on the customer database that the club holds, but is them then a data protection breach?

I think the lack of info how they got Ko's number suggests they didn't get it in the most legit way. I think its one line half way through that says 'mr oyston was also receiving insults' doesn't make it much better but still.

Reading the Blackpool forums looks like the fan got hold of his number and initiated the texts.

 

Some of their supporters have contacted the police over this and want him charged - grasses!

AVTT have put up transcripts of most of the exchanges. Its just a petty, childish round of name calling, that reflects poorly on both sides.

 

Very little from what is published that the police could do anything with.
