February 8, 201511 yr It is time for a change. Any thoughts on who should replace them? Big mick ????
February 9, 201511 yr Vela and latterly clough have barely played in the first team and yet since nl put them in they have become mini saviours. Was actually surprised to see them both playing. After the first Liverpool game all players looked shagged, nl spoke afterwards of the dangers (of after the lord mayor's show) and it duly came to pass at Rotherham. Was surprised to see so many starters of the replay start again sat. given just how shagged some of them seemed. Reckon nl has learned a bit now

February 9, 201511 yr Not sure we had any option to change many of the players? We just don't have the squad to rotate players in and out right now.possibly, but a number of new loanees didn't play-nl reckonned it was too soon to play them. Derby threw a couple straight in and they did ok. Obviously he will know the players, but it might have been worth risking a couple more loanees in order to rest some. He obviously felt they were ok to play though, and that is what I reckon he will have learned

He obviously felt they were ok to play though, and that is what I reckon he will have learned I think he would have loved to rest them, but didn't have the options. No defenders fit to replace any who played against Liverpool. Nobody fit really to replace Clough or Feeney. Trotter didn't start against Liverpool and neither did Le Fondre or Bannan.Vela is arguably the only one who could have been left out for Slavchev or Twardzik but at his age I'd have thought he should be able to cope.
February 9, 201511 yr We were ok until they scored from a soft free kick which was the first shot on target by derby. I thought wheater got turned too easy for the second and vela was then left alone one on one. After that it was game over. Nice cameo from young felipe in the 2nd half. He might be half decent. Possibly Per Frandsen'esque in build and guile. Time will tell. I thought Derby fans were good. Those in the reclaimed 'old away end' (south stand) made a fair old racket. 'we are goin to bounce in a minute' was pretty good and looked impressive. I know songs on the PA is a bit naff, but i am sure derby played a different tune for each goal. Been to pride park ipro derby a few times now, decent enough stadium inside but lacks any style outside, massive adverts hanging from the steelwork looks well tacky Another local away day in a couple of weeks to add to tlmy rotherham and deby away debacles :'(
February 9, 201511 yr Trotter is shit. Many thanks Gumbo A friend of mine was involved in the game Saturday in a neutral capacity he said after being booked he was convinced Trotter had lost his head, the game was going on arround him, he looked lost and a red card waiting to happen.
February 9, 201511 yr Horrific score line, no doubt. But you look at that last paragraph in today's Sun review, and that tells me everything about our manager.
February 10, 201511 yr didnt buy the sun, what did it say? Well youshould, and you should always have it on display in case you were to see a scouser and hopefully piss them off.
