Think the Clough potential sales is a direct reaction to the fact that the supposed interested buyers didn't show the money today that was promised. To answer your question I think they would use any money to stave of admin but as we know they'll sell the kitchen sink first as Davies has no intention of putting in another penny piece, this is the thin end of the wedge.
