BOWTUN BAKED Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Because there is absolutely nothing between Liam Feeney at one end of the scale to Lionel Messi at the other is there? Even to a club as skint as us? Alright then, how about Antonio from Forest then? No, no Fookin' chance there either. Try lowering your expectations to where we really are, especially financially, you just might realise where we are then & realise we could have worse than Feeney, like many clubs do. Pfft Quote

Even to a club as skint as us? Exactly right. The lower leagues are full of exciting wingers that actually have a go. Although that tit feeney has just scored so I'll be receiving some more abuse soon. Quote
Anderson Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Played very well first half if it matters, took his goal well. Quote

Dunnoy'know Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 For not being at the game? You think I'd pay to watch Liam feeney? Quote
MalcolmW Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Didn't Antonio go somewhere in the transfer window? WHam Quote
DaveTheRave Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 You think I'd pay to watch Liam feeney? How can you comment on him when you don't watch him play? Quote
Dunnoy'know Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Gave him a chance when he signed. I'm a fair person Quote
DaveTheRave Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 You don't come across as very fair. Feeney scores and you call him a tit. Quote
darrener Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Feeney had a good game to be fair. Quote
Carlos Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 I've been going 40 years, Ive never paid to watch a player, I go because I always have done. No one player defines my team. However, if for a split second you think Feeney is our biggest problem then your breathe must stink of Windolene. Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted September 12, 2015 Posted September 12, 2015 Didn't Antonio go somewhere in the transfer window? Yeah, that was my point, look how much he went for. We haven't got that sort of money for the best wingers in the league & even if we had one, we wouldn't be able to keep them either. Feeney is a great team player for where we are at the moment, I don't get the knockers. Glad he scored today to shut them up. Had a superb first half & no surprise when played in his best position Quote

Had a superb first half & no surprise when played in his best position except it doesn't seem to have shut them up. Their minds are made up. Weird! Quote
BOWTUN BAKED Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 Weird when they don't even go to the game to watch him. I think I'll go for crackpot! Quote
awandering Posted September 14, 2015 Posted September 14, 2015 Clayton and Wheater playing tonight, 45 mins for Clayton and 75 for Wheater. Quote
