September 15, 201510 yr Without a doubt, and quite rightly Correct. What with our mood swings, chattering, breeding and periods we don't perform as well as our male counterparts,
September 15, 201510 yr Correct. What with our mood swings, chattering, breeding and periods we don't perform as well as our male counterparts, indeed, although in all fairness, women do excel at cleaning and ironing. It's all down to genetics
September 15, 201510 yr Men get paid less in the porn industry, a travesty as it's them who must 'perform' - all the wimmin do is lie there and take it up the wrong 'un...
September 15, 201510 yr indeed, although in all fairness, women do excel at cleaning and ironing. It's all down to genetics Oddly enough I find they excel at using excel
September 15, 201510 yr Wouldn't it be odd if there wasn't a pay gap? Surely if your looking at it from a total level then as women are in the workplace less over a lifetime as they predominantly prefer to spend less time working and more time looking after family etc then this would be the case? Granted if a women doesn't have X ammount of years off over her career due to maternity leave amd doesn't do stints part time as the kids grow up then you would expect pay equality I'm sure that's the case though, I've worked with many senior women in multiple businesses
September 15, 201510 yr See no reason whatsoever why wimmin should not be on the same payscale as men for the same roles. They add value and balance to a management team, and because their brains have the mysterious ability to work work differently offer so much more than a boardroom full of men from the golf club. smiffs handwringing bedwetter
September 15, 201510 yr Do the gays get paid the same? They should surely be docked for the extra time it takes them to mince across the office, and the over-exaggerated fretting they do at every single problem?
September 15, 201510 yr Do the gays get paid the same? They should surely be docked for the extra time it takes them to mince across the office, and the over-exaggerated fretting they do at every single problem? Although all that gym work leads to less time off sick. Also, the limp way in which they hold their pens saves a fortune in stationary costs.
September 15, 201510 yr Although all that gym work leads to less time off sick. Also, the limp way in which they hold their pens saves a fortune in stationary costs. No paternity time off and they don't spend hours shitting. Queers don't poo as much as it all gets stuffed back in.
September 15, 201510 yr Yes but they all get Freddie Mercury AIDS and use the company healthcare, pushing the premiums up.
September 15, 201510 yr Women get paid more until their early 30s. Then something inexplicable happens and many suddenly get less ambitious. More research needed to explain this phenomenon
September 15, 201510 yr Yes but they all get Freddie Mercury AIDS and use the company healthcare, pushing the premiums up. Does that not save money on pensions though?
September 15, 201510 yr No paternity time off and they don't spend hours shitting. Queers don't poo as much as it all gets stuffed back in. Plenty of gay people take paternity leave.
September 15, 201510 yr Plenty of gay people take paternity leave. You are joking? Do they? They do poo less though dont they?
September 15, 201510 yr You are joking? Do they? They do poo less though dont they? They do poo less - but when it comes out it's very dense.
September 15, 201510 yr They do poo less - but when it comes out it's very dense. Must be like a collapsing star
September 15, 201510 yr I was reading that one company has gone under as finally the entire staff has mastered the art of looking busy. Apparently it spread through the company until finally there was no-one doing anything. Though everyone at all times were looking like they were doing something. Some people had been doing this for weeks at a time. Pay those who are the most productive higher. There isn't a difference between the sexes at a lot of companies as far as productivity is concerned, to be serious for a moment. Edited September 15, 201510 yr by overseas
September 15, 201510 yr Think iirc Women on average get paid 20% less than male counterparts.. few different factors but the major one is having kids.. (time off etc)
September 16, 201510 yr Think iirc Women on average get paid 20% less than male counterparts.. few different factors but the major one is having kids.. (time off etc) Well, I am thinking of building a system to analyse and assess the differences. The oft-quoted 20% is based on the median of male and female in organisations as a whole, but not, it seems, comparing like-for-like roles. When like-for-like are considered, the difference reduces significantly, by organisation.
