I find the exchange a little more accurate with this due to the lack of overround, but yes:

Trump will continue to drift. Once he gets past 6/4 fill the wellies and keep filling them.  Same people who voted him in last time will vote him in this time.

He will be going on about that even if he wins. I avoid most of the stuff about him cos of the histrionics that surrounds him from his haters and I can’t be arsed listening to it. but he is a very very strange character indeed and it’s still surreal that he managed to become POTUS. Just bizarre

it really could go either way

obviously there's core voters in both camps

but it's down to the swing voters - so the question will be - has he done a good job and is he the man to take them forward - but at the moment he's dividing the county and not uniting it, so I suspect he's a hard sell for the open minded vote

there was also a drop in black voters last time, and some thing tells me they might be more inclined to turn out in force this time

clinton got 3m more votes than trump last time, but the electoral collage got him in, if the black community get out and vote across the country this time, he's probably fucked it

and if this video is anything to go by, looks like some Republicans have had enough too:

But In saying that you are saying things have got worse for black Americans under trump. Is that the case? Or is it just that it’s reached boiling point again and it happens to be on his watch?

and in reality is a white president going to be seen by any black American as their saviour? Possibly not. Again I don’t know as I’m not one and don’t know any to ask.

We saw the remergence of a public facing far right in Charlottesville

It's been bubbling for a while, his talk of his wall probably doesn't help either

And now this, and his approach to sorting it out is very devisive

Not saying someone else would have done a better job, but the question is do Americans want more of the same moving forward

If he's voted in they get no sympathy from me

I don’t know enough about American politics to know if joe Biden has a magic wand to unite America again. I don’t believe there is a politician in our much smaller land who can unite our country so Biden will need to be summat special. But from the limited I read hes “best of a bad bunch”?

There was a sentiment that his rhetoric during the election followed his victory gave validation to those of a far right persuasion to start making themselves heard when it comes to looking after what they believe in

You Could use the same argument To point at a great number of countries across the world where both right and left wing extremists have come to the fore once again. Is it not more indicative of societal change and frustrations than down to the leaders of those nations?
