Ive personally been told many of times that weather conditions are to bad to fly but there’s the odd few that will. I’m pretty sure the folk flying the most powerful man in the world have certain rules to abide by.

ive just been to the cenotaph in horwich with my young lad. It was pissing down, poignantly enough, and deeply moving.

Pretty sure the security needed for Trump to travel is a whole lot different than the COS. 

“Mr President there’s a chance the weather maybe to bad to fly however we can’t make a decision at the moment, in the meant time we will send the COS via vehicle to represent you if we can’t get the Helo up”  or words to that effect
