The video was aired last night, on BBC/sky, can't remember which.

The reporter explained that the mother had brought her child there because she hadn't been fed for 4 days. There was no mention of her being dead, but she certainly seemed semi conscious at best.

You want American soldiers to stop violence that’s been going on for centuries but you’re not sure how long you want them there. Tell you what let’s post some of them to Northern Ireland as well to stop the violence there.

Turks and Kurds have been at it for centuries, they’ve been at it whilst American forces have been in the area. Now American troops have been pulled out its getting a lot more media coverage. What are America and Trump supposed to do? American Soldiers in the area haven’t stopped the fighting, They can’t be shown to take sides especially with Turkey being part of NATO. So what’s the answer?

Don't get me wrong, it isn't the fact he has/is pulling the US out, it is the way he has done so. Also, he has shat on the Kurds big time who helped his troops defeat ISIS. Now many of those captured will end up free, how do you think that will play out over time?

Yes it’s worrying about the ISIS prisoners have the opportunity to escape. Surely you would think NATO would be getting involved though. How could it allow one of its members to be involved in a conflict which could see many ISIS getting back into the system.

A big concern for me, as was reported in a little interview I saw, is the apparent 'sympathy' for Isis in some quarters in Turkey.

Erdogan (son of maybe?) was alleged to be involved with oil trade with them a while back, and senior is reportedly less secular in his approach.

Getting bloody complicated over there.

 

Looks like some of those pesky Isis rascals have escaped prison following the bombings

Weapons have been going in from Turkey for some time. In fact probably since the USA gifted ISIS weaponry after toppling SH.

Looking like Syrian forces (backed by Russia) are now deploying to Northern Kurdish towns to assist the Kurds against the Turks.

I'm honestly glad there aren't many people like you in the world. I'd hate to live around many who have zero empathy for others. I'd go as far to say as trying to score political points over a scene such as that shows some sort of quite worrying mental health issue.

The post isn’t about empathy you utter cockwomble it’s about politicians trying to gain points through posting/tweeting posts like they do. The tweet of lammys translates to a woman holding a dead child. That’s fake news. Do you agree that a politician in Lammys position should be tweeting lies like that?

Russia's overriding need is to keep their Mediterranean base on the Syrian coast. Anything else is negotiable. The creation of a Kurdistan state has always been opposed by those countries with Kurdish minorities, but that may even change given that Iran is playing a part alongside Russia and Syria.

Turkey wouldn’t be able to depend on NATO If Russia and Syria do get involved as they’re classed as the invader.

Because when you see a scene like that the first thing you worry about is what politicians are saying about it...

Personally my first thought was christ imagine that was me and my little girl....

But each to their own. How about we focus on the tragic scene, the loss of life we know is occurring and worry about that instead of attempts to distract from the issue.

And here we have it. Where you get sucked in by the media, I tend to have a look more into it. So far this child has been killed in an air strike, not ate for 4 days and has a disease. Watching numerous videos that have been posted you can clearly see the child is alive so therefore lammys post is utter shite. 

So you want us to focus on this tragic scene. Is it tragic or is it all made up? You don’t know nor do I but I will prefer to keep an open mind.

Yeah its a media conspiracy....it doesn't matter the details and whether the translation is wrong. People like that are suffering. People are dying. My first thought is, god that's awful. You seem to be more interested in it being a massive conspiracy. People are undoubtedly dying - yet to you that seems less important than what the actual details of this image are. 

Yet your priority is to get to the truth of a social media argument....have a look at yourself.

Everyone knows kids are dying in these conflicts around the world, you’d have to be pretty dumb to think otherwise. However posting videos of “dead kids” that aren’t dead doesn’t help the cause does it.

As in getting the truth out of a social media argument, there is no argument. High profile people shouldn’t be posting fake links. If you think that’s ok then it’s you who has the argument
