Just watched half a dozen videos of this band (Mulder And Scully, I Am The Mob, Karaoke Queen, Dead From The Waist Down, Strange Glue and this...) and remembered just how good a band they were

Only really liked Ooh La La by Goldfrapp and that was because I'm a major Glam Rock fan, Ride A White Horse wasn't bad!!!

Don't know about you but I always got a bit of a Noosha Fox vibe off her. (That's a reference for the REALLY OLD GITS amongst us)

She has got a voice that could shed a snake

Someone out there has heard her sing and thought yeah record contract. Whoever it was should be tried at The Hague

I’d rather listen to the macabre gurgling sounds of someone being decapitated than anything by Meatloaf.

I will accept no argument on this. Bat out of hell and everything that followed from this songwriting team is the worst music ever recorded.

Fucking hideous stuff that makes the skin crawl. Awful awful awful.

Dross, all of it, torch every recording. 

Nah, bat out of hell is great. The original video from the late 70s is fab.

Mind you, some people round here like Rush (what about the voice of Geddy Lee? How Did it get so high? I wonder if he speaks like an ordinary guy?)

There's a band that no amount of listening to gets better.
