  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Was hard but worked through it,

Still no sympathy for my brothers killers family.

And the lad looks like my son which made it even weirder to watch

Aware that you had a big issue but don’t know the details so as it’s obviously got some relevance to this I’m really sorry hear that. Like you say must have been a difficult watch

I stopped watching after the first episode, I just found it very, very dull and far too slow to get going

Nothing happened in it at all. All action first 5 minutes. all that shit at the school could have been cut out. What happened with the other folk? The “nonse” bit just showed him being angry.

I get the highlighting of knife crime but if it wasn’t Stephen Graham folk would say it’s gash.

loads of my mates liked it and it’s leading me to believe if you are a bit thick you love it 😁

My thoughts also

I spoke to the Mrs about it this morning, and she pointed out as I'd missed the first 10 minutes (which are apparently quite important), that may have clouded my view

it's not meant to be an all action packed show

thicko

Anyone watched Gangs of London?

But it really isn’t anything special. Bullied kid stabs girl for calling him incel. We get an episode of the copper realising he’s a wank dad. An episode that shows the kids angry. An episode that the dad’s toxic masculinity probably caused the anger.

I haven't watched it yet, but I'm pretty sure you could make any TV drama series sound shit by breaking it down into one sentence summaries of each episode.

You will defo like it. Unless we like it. In that case you will hate it.

it’s hopefully gonna make some parents think how their actions may lead to their kids being little cunts but nothing more.

the filming in one take or whatever is probably good. I didn’t notice much difference

It's about a 50/50 split on here so far between those who liked it and those who didn't. I'll probably just not bother watching it, seeing as you've spoiled it anyway.

Don’t be like that. Give it a try, at least then there is a 50/50 chance you will waste 4 hours of your life as well.

You may find it good being more intellectual than me

This is reverse-contrarianism. You're going against the grain, calling people thick for liking it, and insulting me for it when I've not even seen it yet. 🙁

I’m not saying you will like it just hoping you waste 4 hours 😁

Yes, first series I really enjoyed, second series not so much though. It's worth watching the first series though, definitely

I have....

3rd season is released on Thursday....

Give it a go.... 👍

@Big E - thickos everywhere mate 😊

I liked that Martin Clunes farmer thing.

That was slower than Ian Evatts football.

Maybe I like slow things.

Maybe I'm slow.
