that were 2006 but he didn't save a pen, made 2 good saves though, looking at the video it looks like it was a decent turn out - still probably not more than 2.5k though

seem to remember to the right it was empty, but maybe just a couple of blocks, dunno how much that bottom tier holds but it's not that deep

the other thing I remember is being right behind the goal when Faye had what seemed like 5 seconds to plant a clear winner, then didn't

Look at our fuckin team.

Jesus wept :(

I think that must have been in the early days of Anelka playing for us before he started scoring regularly, because I had the pleasure of being stood next to a whopper who was abusing Anelka for being "lazy ".

Buying an NUS card online is worth some serious £££££'s when it comes to away tickets. Not that I've ever had mine checked in three years.

Half price Spotify too.

Wasn't this a Saturday evening KO on Sky? Might explain a disappointing following. IIRC working as Christmas Temp at Currys at the time prevented me going.

We had a Friday night do there when Blake scored and Branagan made the save of the season?

One random memory of the sheff utd game

Did a stop over in hotel with mates including jules

When we got back to hotel at about 3am jules started ringing up other rooms in the hotel pretending to be eastern European and offering to buy their passports

Hello

You have passport?

I buy passport

Was funny at the time

My Mrs was running a pub in Didsbury at the time. I decided to head there on my way home from Sheffield to surprise her.

I stood there swaying on my own for 2 hours whilst she finished work then fell asleep in the car on the way to where she was staying.

Got a cab from there to Piccadilly in the morning.

Fun times.

Seemed to remember the 2-2 game being rather full; steward at the top didn't give a fuck and let us stand wherever

First time I'd ever taken snuff, drinking cocktails in a steel workers club

Which pub?

Can't remember the name of it now haha

Was some big white gaff with a car park all the way round it. Bar in one bit and food in the back. Think it was a flaming grill type gaff at the time.

There's a blast from the past

Used to be my local for footy

One of them pubs that suffered via the smoking ban as it turns out it actually stank of piss and sick all the time

Remember going there on my birthday once with my brother. Got hammered four nowt and wanderers fans entertained themselves with conga iirc.

Also been with an old uni mate who's a blade.

Lost three one. And he was a cunt.

Not got great memories that place.

Was that the game where peter Barnes played well he was on pitch but shite.
