A company has a requirement to comply with its Articles of Association. In the Club's case, the Articles state that there must be a minimum of two directors.

You just seem determined to find fault with KA.

Like most people I am wary of his involvement but can see a lot more positives than negatives.

If you have a viable alternative please put it forward if not surely you can see all your sniping is not helpful ?

Serious question do you think there is more dodgy stuff going at the club than when Sam was here ? Do you think anything dodgy goes on at other clubs.

I appreciate you have a big secret about the some future news but for those of us less itk can we just have a view on the last 12 months. How would you rate him out of ten.

I don't have any big secret. I'm just wary of his style of running the Club and his secrecy (do you know where we are with Blumarble?). Plus the fact that he has got through there finance directors over the past year or so. I am prepared to give him a chance despite his very dodgy past. I'm just not hopeful.

John Pelling, finance director, left to join a premier league club.

Absolute fact.

Using that against Anderson is exactly why people get riled up by the trust.

It’s absolutely pathetic. It drills home the idea that the trust are absolute moonmen

Saved the Club? Let's see what you think in a year's time.

It is quotes like this that piss me off.

What more could KA have done ? If in a year we have gone bust it won’t cancel out what happened in last 12 months.

He is/we the only show in town, imagine we had relied on Deano !

Does he have to tell us? - it's his club, he doesn't have to release that information if he doesn't want to.......it may not be a secret, he may just think it's none of your/our business, and only those running the club (or interested in doing so) should be privy to that information.

You strike me as somebody who is just itching for it to go horribly wrong and for the club to fold or be deducted points, just so you can say "I told you so"  -  like the person who every year said "We'll get relegated this season" - eventually, when we did go down, he was very happy to tell everybody that he had warned us it was going to happen......

So, if we are saying that there is no evidence KA or the club are breaking any laws, I think macronman needs to withdraw his comment and we will put it down to ignorance on his part rather than anything malicious

Don't say the ACV? Why the fuck not?

The facts.

  • He wants to sell the club
  • The stadium is part of the club.
Stick an ACV on the stadium and it adds an an unnecessary complication to the whole process of selling the club.

They wanted to buy the club. Ken did and they've done nowt but piss and whine since.

So it's the ACV and that's all, that does not stop a sale just flags up and dealings that ken might be planning, you don't think that's possibly a good idea? Or are you so far up kens arse you can't see the wood for the trees.

Flag up owt you want but it doesn't stop him

Pointless, like your mates

Not as pointless as the fawning you lot on here do over Ken it's utterly embarrassing and whatever little protection given by the ACV is better than the fuck all proetection you are advocating. Edited by Mounts Kipper

You get told at a shareholder meeting once a year, company don't tell shareholder every little thing they do ... Do you own shares, does that company tell you everything they do ( you being a minority shareholder), because according to you if they don't, they are breaking company law

Personally I prefer to have a supporters trust rarther than not Its fair to say that they haven't been great so far but its fairly early doors & although I am appreciative of Andersons stewardship of the club so far we all know that he is essentially a business man out to make a buck (nothing wrong with that as long as the clubs assets are protected) I also think if he is successful at attracting a suitable investor he is entitled to a few bob.

Is anyone from wandersways standing for election for ST board ?

If there is I will vote for them just to get some alternative views on board.

Previous poster is right to say the effect of any trust is minimal , however as a last resort it could facilitate our club's survival just by having a structure in place.

You don't need a supporters trust taking £10 of about 3 people to activate an ACV or offer protection.

The supporters trust is a waste of time, what have they done other than try and disrupt everything that Ken has tried to do. Ken might turn out to be a complete knob but until he cocks it up I for one are prepared to give him a chance has the more successful we are the more money he will make and good luck to him.

Afraid you and me wasting our time the hatred of 5-6 Trust members stops the whoppers on here seeing any sense whatsoever.

On this subject afraid so, in my opinion there is absolutely no excuse to not want to have some insurance however slim that insurance might be should the worst case scenario happen, we should be prepared for that scenario in case it does happen and have a vehicle in place so that the club can be saved and continue, otherwise it could be too late, to actively campaign against a ST because of a dislike of certain folk involved smacks of cutting nose off to spite your face.
