Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

Best we could hope for. Should think he'll now look to sell ASAP

The best news being blumarble loan off the books

I don't think that as gone away just yet.

The club had a £4 million loan repayment agreement with SSBWFC (plus interest) that the liquidator will be wanting to negotiate at the very least.

Plus the question of what actually happened to the missing million - somebody had the benefit of it and I expect the liquidator would want it back if he can see a way to do so.  Although that may not be a club problem.

Would expect the debt now sits against the club rather than SSBWFC

My point being we no longer owe 8 million or whatever next year

Great news well done Ken.

Onwards and upwards and fuck off Deano once and for all.

The lads played a blinder

Seemingly

Explain this one to the plebs messrs lies izza Smurf and suffolk

Hi fellow sewer rat. Would you like your sh1t done rare, medium rare or well done?

Yes I know that was Bower but they all p1ss in the same pot.

Unless bower is suffolk :)

Anyway

This all seems a million miles from the EFL and the liquidators interrogating our books

And points deductions

Maybe it's too early to have a contented grin but who cares :)

Either way if it means better players in tomorrow then that's all that counts

But can Messi do it on a wet February night in Barnsley?

Won't need to unless we get them in a cup match or the April game is brought forward for some reason.

Glad that Ken has done the deal.

Assume that the BM debt moves on to the BL group books, secured by BL group assets. Looks like the ACV has not hindered this process?

Great news expected something when deano resigned onwards and upwards well done ME proved your doubters wrong

KA

Rizlar is TAFKASK? If it is, nice one, Kenneth.

The comspiracy theorists won't rest until they've released all the information about Ken they've collected. Mind they've had over a year to do so....

Who are these theorists? I know this site is ridiculously pro Kenny but in my experience these 'enemies' of the club just don't exist in the way they're portrayed.

I think we are just pro bolton and not just click bait monkeys to be fair

Well that's cool but I don't think that really answers my question

Do you honestly think the whoppers at the trust are not in it for themselves?

I've met Ian Bridge and I never doubted his sincerity but those there now....no doubt

Good news - we can now move forward as a club and I think look a great investment - ken has shown terrific business and football acumen to date.

He's a master of delaying tactics that's for sure. This has been going on for nearly 10 months since the initial court date

Bullshit

Every Twitter post from the usual suspects is either explicitly critical of Anderson or laced with sly little digs

I'm hoping when he has the time to deal with the worms, that he drags one or two through the courts

Interested that Anderson had some barbed comments in the statement announcing his takeover but didn't name names.
