Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

We are still in choppy waters and imo the leadership make it more likely we sink

The trust have overstepped the mark a few times & I'm not sure they are right about the AVC, conversely the embargo is still in place & Ken hasn't exactly outlined his plans .

We also know he's not here for the long term nor is he investing money in the club even though to date we can only compliment him on his stewardship .

The trust have to balance being supportive to the owner but not an uncle tom either, If Ken had it away with the club's assets hypothetically speaking most would be critical of them for not trying to stop him.

I pleased there are some folk who still talk sense on here its getting to a stage where there very few folk on here can think rationally.

It's very clear that anyone who supports the trust is an enemy of the football club. If you back the trust you are not a Bolton Wanderers fan. No ifs or buts anymore.

Anyone who supports the club is an enemy of the football club.

Can you read?

A fucking enemy. What the fuck does that mean?

A cunt of a comment from a total cunt.

Well you can't because that's not what he said

Well you can't because that's not what he said

Yea he did

Yea he did

No he didn't. Read what he said and compare it with what you said he said

It's a typo.

Are you all actually supporting that everyone who supports the trust is an enemy of the club?

No I don't

But I think the leadership of the trust aren't acting in the best interests of the club.

If Anderson managed to get the embargo lifted tomorrow, what exactly will change?

At best we could probably sign some out of contract players.

Will the likes of O'Brien, Baptista or their ilk, really change much on the pitch?

So what's the rush for Anderson to do so until the January window comes around?

As for trying to protect the clubs assets, the Blackpool ST was/is powerless to stop their club owners doing (legally) what they did.

An ST is simply not the vehicle to do such a job, it simply does not have the power or the authority despite what many pro-ST supporters may believe it to have.

As for the ACV, I've expressed my opinion of this previously so I won't bore people again with it except to point out that the ACV includes the hotel.

Is a modern out of town hotel really an asset of community value?

No it is not and should not be restricted by being subject to one.

If Anderson needed to raise money by selling the hotel and couldn't which in turn led to Administration, a points deduction and almost certain relegation, would people be pleased?  Particularly if the Administrator came in and sold the hotel himself in order to bring us out of Administration!

I'm not saying Anderson is planning to sell the hotel, I just wished to show the absurdity of the position in respect of the hotel and the potential impact it could have on the club if it need to be sold to keep the club running for the season and beyond.

As for the ST I am one of their biggest critics but just because I believe they are extremely poorly led, with their leadership having their own agendas regarding ownership of the club and its anti-Anderson stance, it is wrong to brand all their membership in the way that some on here have.

I don't doubt for one moment that the majority of them want the best for the club .  Unfortunately blindly following the current ST's leadership is simply not the way though as clearly they want to get rid the man of who has singlehandedly kept the club afloat so far and presumably take on the club themselves.

Which if they did would probably mean the first thing they would do would be to sell assets to raise revenue - the very thing they got the ACV to prevent Anderson doing!

How ironic would that be!

And where is the evidence that Anderson wants to flog off assets?

As far as I can tell he's done nowt but try and buy back ones that were previously flogged.

Neither do I but that isn't the point in this is it?

It's the original comment, so do you agree with it or not?

You are misquoting someone and claiming they are a cunt based on your own misinterpretation. Fuck off you dullard.

My understanding is KA can sell the hotel and the stadium with the ACV however the ACV means that any sale of the ground has to be made public knowledge and that other bids can be invited for the stadium so that it can remain a community asset. I am 100% behind Ken but as owner should he not be pumping some cash into the business rather than relying on possibly selling assets or raising more cash on the back of the assets of the club, which in real terms has only cost him a bag of jelly beans in the first place.  Unless KA can come up with a valid reason to remove the ACV I am in favour of it remaining.
