Winding Up Orders

Last I heard, it was court tomorrow

ST and Lies reported 3, including Heathcotes mob

KA said that was old news, leaving 2

Now, I can see HMRC is definitely a club issue, but the other is Sport Shield

If we assume KA can deal with HMRC debt - I'd have been happier if he had sorted that one already, tbf- that 'just' leaves SS and blumarble

If the court agrees to wind up SS, do we know what that means and also the impact on BWFC

  • The harsh reality is that name of the club has been dragged through the dirt in last few years. Massive debts, relegation, players not being paid etc etc.   Go back to when KA was first linked he w

  • Mounts had a word and told them the financial benefit of having a football stadium 300 yards away

  • Imagine that, a site that represents BWFC's hardcore support being pro-the bloke who has saved us from oblivion. Just fucking imagine that.

Worthy's fridge has been fixed?

all makes very good sense to me.

He said that having an acv on the stadium makes it more difficult to raise finance.

Good enough reason to fuck it off for me

Worthy's fridge has been fixed?[/quono. Bought a new one, 67 reg

And where is the evidence that Anderson wants to flog off assets?

As far as I can tell he's done nowt but try and buy back ones that were previously flogged.

has he tried to buy back Clough and Holding?

Great! lets borrow more money allow him to mortgage the clubs future. If he does not want to put money in I would be happier if he tried to sell to someone who has.

Can't be a signing as the squads full isn't it?

How do you think most clubs raise money? There's only so many Abramovics to go round.

The supporters trust's relevance is dwindling by the minute.

I would say exactly the opposite and thats backed up by the number of new member joining up, seems folk outside of WW clique understand why it is important.

You're a bit of a dick aren't you

I think we'd all be happy if he could sell to someone who has money to put it......the problem is, I don't think it's a very big queue at present

Embargone!

A genuine question, how many members does the ST have? - I wouldn't have a clue if it's 50, 500 or 5000 to be honest.

After all the "bad press" that the ST get, it's amazing if they have loads of new members signing up, if they have, then fair play to them

Sweep, I didn't think there is even a queue , big or otherwise

The st will sort itself out and become relevant in time.

Or shrivel away to nothing.

Not going to bother today. Its a day for raising a glass.

I've asked numerous tines for an answer to that question

They won't say

Surely they have to publish the number members if asked - they can;t ask the club to be fully transparent, and then not be so themselves, especially as they have taken tenners of people

The fact they're not answering would probably lead one to believe the number is closer to either 50 or 500 than 5000

Aye

Have they published any accounts, yet?

I'm informed 3500 paid up members, that'll be folk who continue to pay their yearly dues.

  • Author

I thought the yearly contributions had been scrapped

Thus meaning they can continue to claim to have a mandate from everybody who ever tipped up a tenner

Fwiw I don't believe for a minute that 3500 folk paid a tenner

But I'll be happily proved wrong if somebody can point me to the accounts
