'Are able' is not the same as placed in irons, shipped round the world, sold as cattle and forced into working on a cotton farm.

But I think you know that . πŸ‘πŸ˜‚

Oh sorry, it’s like they support foreign nationals coming over doing all the shit jobs.Β

But I think you knew what I meant πŸ‘

Jeremy Corbyn has said Brexit will put a stop to firms β€œimporting cheap labour” to undercut the wages of UK workers

And he was right and is a Brexit benefit as is the low unemployment rate which is partly due to EU citizens leaving the UK… more jobs across the regions including Cornwall.Β

They would have a right to remain. Did you tell them that you voted out and they got upset?😊

I’ll give you another clue

The words β€œoven ready” made them nervous and uncertain.

As you know I’ve disagreed with you on a lot about Brexit but on this I think you’re right.

Seriously, no one who had a job in the U.K. from Europe (assuming it was legal) had to go back home.

They left at the time when every fucker else did because they had no idea what was going on. But they were being told they needed to have resident status and that wasn’t going to be approved.

Directive 96/71/EC Was something they kept telling us about and frankly we had no idea either.

In the end, they didn’t consider it worth the hassle and went back. They didn’t give any other reason, bor did they have to.

But I’m obviously making it all up πŸ₯°

This is brilliant.

We've had more chancellors in the last 3 months than most of the retired on here have had sex.

We've got the international money markets saying we're behaving like an emerging economy.

And still it comes back to the relatively small issue of freedom movement within the EU.

Its like catnip to some.

Correct.

They seem to think poles are backward, pig thick grunts.

Far from it. Intelligent people in my experience who work their tits off.

The writing was on the wall.

Shame many more went though eh?

Care homes are on their arse. Hospitality likewise. Even Avanti are blaming lack of foreign workers.

But some stayed and I’m sure we’ll get a load of graduates to butter our subways somehow. πŸ™ƒ

It’s a politics thread. Anything goes whether you like it or not. As for the retired having sexπŸ˜… Schoolboy rhetoric.

No one has said anything about the Poles being thick. There are still millions of EU nationals working in the U.K. maybe you made them feel uncomfortable.

My thoughts exactly. 12 poles on over 30k a year just fucked off because they were nervous πŸ€” and now you can’t get locals to do it?

You just can’t resist.😊

Wasn't aimed at you, it was a light hearted jest. I play the ball, or the man, as suits.

And yours is just deflection. You just can't resist πŸ˜‰

Anyway, it's about 3 and a half million EU citizens with settled status (5 years or more) of that it's just over 800 thousand Polish if anyone care.

It's a tiny drop in our rather large population ocean, which was my point. If you've have sex more times than 4 in the last three months, make sure you've got the statins at hand.
