There is going to be no deal with the SNP. They are fundemntally against what the Labour Party stands for ie a united kingdom and no single issue party will get close to them.

Its been said at the conference, on the news, in the commons. It will not happen.

It’s all they have left, making stuff up to deflect from the last 12 years of taking the country downhill.

I understand people being conservative voters, but I can't imagine the defense of them at the moment. Even Mounts is calling out this venal, licentious, unfit for public life administration.

The country is sick to the back teeth of suffering whilst a tiny minority walk through the raindrops and profit off the back of other's misfortune.

We all know their supporters now are people who would vote for them based on nothing more than feelings of what can only be described as social superiority.

We know the type. They say they're the "silent majority" and I'll explaion what they mean by that.

They are the Alright Jacks. Made a few quid on the house, can afford a couple of holidays every year, nice car, full SkyTV package. Potter around shopping malls now and then wearing Crew Clothing, Hugo Boss, (or in some horrific cases stuff like Represent which they are 20 years too old for).

Voting Tory is all part of the Badge. Like a Stone Island top. It's what they do because they think it upsets the paupers.

Policies? Who gives a fuck? It's about status.

German car? Check

Ring Doorbell camera? Check

Wife at home every day being bummed by the window cleaner? Check

Golf? Check

Tory? Check

It all fits.

They;re silent though because deep, deep down, they know it's an embarrasing state to be in.

That is why the facts of the PPE scandal have to be made public. There were a few ministers complicit in this.

Was it Brown yesterday who said this is the most corrupt government in a century.

When did you ever believe what a politician said? If Labour need support to gain power they will side with anyone and that includes the SNP whatever they say now. You may be right, I don’t think so but time will tell.

I will be proved right. Sorry.

Still two years to go yet tomski, much can change within that and although Labour may be the largest party I can’t see them getting anywhere near a landslide. Link up with the SNP the most likely outcome for me as Sturgeon is replaced after recent events up there?

Yep. 2 years to go. The mind boggles to what else will come out of the word work with these pricks.

It will be bigger than Blair’s win this next one.

Can actually see the sweaties voting tactically to get them out.

Be nice if they can boot Sturgeon out as I think she’s bad news for the UK though quite irrelevant to me.

Like I say, there’s a long way to go until the next election and there’s no doubt that the Tory’s know that they have to deliver on at least one major policy, preferably illegal immigration, if they are to have any hopes at all of being a credible force at the next vote. If inflation reduces and energy costs come down the whole economy could look different and don’t forget that Labour haven’t yet costed or committed to one serious policy, which they’ll have to do soon. I totally accept it looks bleak for the Conservatives but chickens can often be counted too soon and Labour have a rich history of snatching defeat from the jaws of victory!!

If this PPE story is bad as it seems so far this week I honestly have no idea how anyone would consider voting for the Tories at the next election.

What more can they do to convince people not to vote for them ?

Yeah but Kier Starmer is boring. He might as well be called "Keith" LOL

The Daily Mail have a man with a telescopic lens on Starmer 24/7 hoping to catch him eating a bacon butty.

It would certainly plunge a hole into Sunaks balloon of trying to make the party believable again, that’s for sure. Having said that, can the Tory’s sink any lower in peoples estimation? We don’t know the full story on Mone yet but if it’s as it looks it could be curtains but somehow I just can’t believe she could fiddle a sum like £30m and hope to get away with it? 🥴

And there we have it.

It’s pure Orwell

”…the party told you to reject the evidence of your own eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command..”

I think Hancock could be a real snake in grass, he is clearly going to try and set himself in a more public less political role and think he will happily sell his soul to the highest bidder.

Have you actually been paying attention to the news pal? There have been numerous scandals and this is just the latest one of many?

No me neither.  £200 million of our money corrupted from the state when it could have been used for so many good things.

You have to ask why many of the longest suppliers of PPE to the NHS wasn't asked to increase supply but a peer who owned a retail company with no medical experience was.
