Surely the two are linked?

If most voters are heading in a particular (perhaps unique) direction, then for them, it is the biggest issue.

If it wasn't, I doubt there'd be much support for Reform, and the established parties would be battling it out over the usual factors.

At the moment, even the criticisms over a lack of experience, policy etc etc aren't gaining traction.

There's a general malaise over the main parties, and their abilities to deal with the regular issues too.

It may all change of course, but the attacks being launched in their direction say everything about the concerns of those traditional parties.

I believe that wages haven't risen in nearly 10 years, house prices have almost doubled in that time, food bills have increased , as have utilities. Train fares, even to commute are eye wateringly expensive

But no, its all down to immigration. 

Its stupiduty on a massive scale. It allows our elected officials no time to actually sort the mess out from house building to education.
