Annual Leave?

Featured Replies

Used to do that and you don't get a break. Phone and all other work stuff off and left behind if we are away

Same here, I used to always do a bit. I now leave my works mobile, ipad and laptop at home. When I'm on holiday/vacation/leave, it's my time and I now don't do any work

And biannual if every 2?

Biannual is twice a year.

Biennial is every 2 years.

We have to use both annual and holiday, but there are so many other options...

Carers

Parental

Flexi

Sick

Compassionate

224 hours a year paid holiday

4 day shut down at Xmas

All bank holidays

4 weeks paid 14 weeks unpaid parental (per child, up to the age of 18)

Study leave

Plus flexible working (enhanced by the 15 mins a day we are given, especially as we only work 35 hours a week)

Multiple names needed to keep on top of it

ultimately though, who give a fuck what people call it?  -  holiday, leave or vacation......who actually cares

Same with bread rolls but people get very excited about them having different names.

I work 195 days a year.

No chance of getting any more off unless I'm ill.

Have you not considered getting a full-time job?

Only working for 39 weeks a year would be a right result

You can get £400 a week delivering parcels for Amazon.

Annual leave is one of the things that keep me me, max'ed out at 38 days. Couldn't handle much less.
