August 18, 20179 yr Used to do that and you don't get a break. Phone and all other work stuff off and left behind if we are away Same here, I used to always do a bit. I now leave my works mobile, ipad and laptop at home. When I'm on holiday/vacation/leave, it's my time and I now don't do any work

Carers Parental Flexi Sick Compassionate 224 hours a year paid holiday 4 day shut down at Xmas All bank holidays 4 weeks paid 14 weeks unpaid parental (per child, up to the age of 18) Study leave Plus flexible working (enhanced by the 15 mins a day we are given, especially as we only work 35 hours a week) Multiple names needed to keep on top of it
