Was just thinking it had been a while since HMRC served a winding-up order on us.

Aye just saw bower tweet that :(

He reckons moonshift due next week as well.

Some saying KA wanted the consortium to pay the tax bill and that’s what stalled the talks...

Three weeks til wages due too.

Big few weeks this.

HMRC issue a winder (sorry, Cas) pretty much every month.

We're due a monthly payment on the 3rd of the month and we've never got it after cobbling the ages together 4 days earlier.

Past transgressions mean an instant winder on the 4th, which we generally pay mid-month before setting about cobbling the next set of wages together.

A pitiful existence, but a non-story.

A shame it won't get reported as that elsewhere.

Comes to something when it’s more newsworthy if wages are paid in good time and we have a month without a WUP

What's really bad is that Iles hasn't accepted he's massively our of his depth, then rather than get help, he's got that silly old twat Dearden chipping in. Clueless.

Haha. I do fell like banging my head against the wall at times. Constantly going round in circles

“he needs to just fkin sell and go”

err he is selling and wants to go

”well he needs to lower his fkin price”

what is his price?

“50 million” (or any other figure they just make up)

”we need to go in admin”

”he needs to stop paying his son 250k a year”

You know the dance, it’s non stop.

anyway I’ve got Bonnar biting on twitter at the moment, I’ve asked him why he’s not reported on the trust....he decided to swerve that question!

Oh, as for the club legend, well he’s apparently been on the phone today to one of the lads asking who I was as he’s seen my posts on FB :) they’re biting at the top now.

Don't worry, the trust say there's nothing to see

https://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/17418334.second-solicitor-fined-over-rules-breach/

Hes only a co opted member of the trust board. And the name on the company set up to buy the club out of admin

He's also the latest mouthpiece of the trust, wheeled out twice recently to call Kenneth to account

The trust did a quick investigate a few weeks back and told everybody there was no truth in the rumour

Dread to think what the rumours might've  been

Marc

With regards to the focus on football matters.

why the fuck do you not ask Phil why the football is dog shit?

also

why do you post absolutely crap as soon as you hear it without checking the factual quality of it?

and then retract it within hours?

well I say retract. You just do so many twitter posts it disappears

cheers

bolton fan sick of your shite.

Rumours... Would that be that Roger Allanson, the board member of the trust who wasn't elected by the trust membership but hand picked by the trust?

The same Roger Allanson who was served a final notice by the Financial Conduct Authority for being shit at keeping records and managed a debt management firm that took the fees paid by the customers (struggling with debt) and only paid 51% off the debt and kept the rest?

That Roger Allanson?

Can only think it was another one as the trust have fully investigated

No, the other one who put a debtor on a 135 year repayment plan.

Do you mean the same Roger Allanson, the sole owner  of Accident Injury Claim Lawyers, whose company was dissolved via compulsory strike off just a year before he was hand picked to joint the ST?

grammar error.

I also note that the ST have filed their Annual Return and Accounts at the FCA (Financial Conduct Authority) yesterday - Thursday 7th February - for the period up to 31st July, 2018.

https://mutuals.fca.org.uk/SocietyDetails.aspx?Number=7270&Suffix=CBS

I would assume all members must have been provided with a copy and it would be of interest to know what state their financial affairs are, particularly if they have thoughts of club ownership themselves!

I also note the ST (under their 'legal' name of Bolton Wanderers Supporters Society Limited) have added their name as a Director of the company on Tuesday, 5th February - that Allanson set up to take control of the club and thus no longer leaving Allanson as the only director any more.

https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/11612819/officers

Pure co-incidence of timing in view of the news in todays paper about Mr Allanson and the fine?

You say that like it's a bad thing. It's known as research and it's what folk like Allanson hopes the board of ST hope you're not so good at. All seems to pigeon-hole them in the 'naive at best' tray for appointing someone with plenty skeletons in the cupboard.

It was a compliment. I'm glad he's got the time to educate us

I must have misread your use of "gosh" then. Perhaps it wasn't used in a condescending manner at all.

Not at all.

I'd like Sluffy to turn his attention to lobbying the ST to get on with releasing more information on their secret investigation. I get the feeling he'd be good at that
