Again he’s asking for 20k crowds.

 

This time, he says it can help add 3 million to our budget, for the transfer window.

We have to have a police presence anyway but suppose him including that hides from him mentioning our shocking league form despite his own assurances that he'll take 'whatever action is necessary' to get the club back on track 

The protest's cost the club (Note: NOT Anderson) £20,000 is what he is clearly saying and inferring it will cost another £10,000 per pop every other time one is called.

What good did they actually achieve?

‘In the region of £20k’ (so not 20k) for the 2 matches.

He doesn’t say extra.

Thats £10k per match. What is the normal cost per match?

There is always a police presence.

As usual, smoke and mirrors but the £20k is now stuck in some people’s minds.

 

 

The protests were pathetic and achieved absolutely nothing, apart from costing the club money, and giving the club more bad publicity.

So's 125k to the Athos group, his 625k (inc. promotion bonus) etc. etc.

The rights and wrongs of those have been done to death, but it's a bit rich him slagging the fans for the club losing something less than 20k. He should be on his knees thanking them for still bothering to turn up.

If we keep having to watch that dross on the pitch be losing a lot more per game.

Simple solution to the below 

“strive to get the results that will see us play in this division next season”

He says they were two games that weren't originally planned for police presence 

Whether or not that's true we don't know. Wasn't Bristol city with the salad bar police free presence so we have had them before

Think you're reading too much into the in the region of part. He's hardly going to say it was £19.542.38 (inc VAT)
