I'm lost. You don't know what they're being investigated for, but you have an issue with them being investigated?

Yes, why should you be investigated for having a photo? The photo is all over social media there’s nothing malicious about it, so what could possibly be investigated?

Why are you outraged when you don't know why they're being investigated?

If they are being investigated for having an innocent photo taken, then I agree it seems out of order. But you said you don't know what they are being investigated over, so they could be in the wrong.

Not sure where in the military Law book it says anyone having a photo with a member of public is to be investigated.

I've just read the statement from the British Army. They are concerned because they don't want the uniform being associated with politically far-right figureheads. Seems sensible enough to me.

Again, what does his job have to do with it? Tony Blair was an elected MP and was responsible for thousands of deaths, would there be an investigation for having a picture with him? 

Ive seen squaddies having pictures with Suarez, a known racist, should that be investigated?
