DomRepWanderer
Alan Nixon @reluctantnicko Bolton. Sounds like Football Ventures trying to push hotel deal through. Argument over what is best or biggest bid. Been a court hearing today. Waiting on outcome. Rivals bid is more cash up front. Leave that one to the judge ... Matty
If it comes down to money up front it’s BooHoo ahh well all going to be sorted soon. Unless Bassini was in court waving his papers around.....

I can only think the Administrators recommendation for which bid to be approved as been put before the secured creditors and one of them has rejected the recommendation and it's been referred back to the Winders judge to determine? Moon boy
Is it because a lesser creditor can’t block a deal that suits the the major creditors

You’re almost there sluffy although it could be either way. FV - insufficient upfront cash for Kenneth so he challenges as secured creditor Other preferred bidder - PBP refuse to accept it as secured creditor as they want to force hotel to get the club too but which one is it? I will let you decide and casino reveal all shortly maybe?

Maybe they have doubts but Kamani was what they heard What can Kamani go to court about? Unless they can prove detriment to the creditors and thus negligence/unfair preference in favour of the other bidder I’m not sure sour grapes is a valid reason to challenge? sorry cas are you saying Kamanis are the winning bidder or who has gone to court? would make more sense if they had won and FV were challenging it via PBP possibly Edited August 22, 2019 by Escobarp

Escobarp
Somebody on Nixon’s twitter mentioned that term that’s where lies has got that from and bt leave that there now means he’s no idea what’s going on I’ve been around admins and insolvency a lot and I’ve never heard of it in relation to the appointment of the administrator. I may be wrong but i think this is a wild goose chase
