It reminds me of that bloke who writes the fans article for BN.....keep going on about bloody Doombar and ALWAYS managing to get the term BWEXIT in.......it makes me want to vomit!

Do a lot of vomitting do you? You should see a doctor.

Think you mentioned any other bidder will have to pay c£30m as the other bidder has agreed to clear all the debt?

Couldn't someone pay Kens price and HMRC etc keeping the other debt (PBP/ Warburton etc) as it is?

PBP and Warburton would have to agree to that and given where their loyalties lay, I don’t think that would be easy.

In terms of just paying HMRC- no, they would need to satisfy all unsecured creditors to avoid substitution of the WU- that’s why you saw Macron and the letting company at the court hearing.

Does  that suggest that Ken may stand to get little or nowt other than what he's already had, net of the money he had to find to get Holdsworth, Blumarble and Quantuma out of the picture? Then there's PA to consider. Did Ken promise him something for his efforts? Isn't he the one that Ken's needed to hold it all together for the last three years?

No, I believe Ken has achieved a settlement fee for himself and PA (who quite possibly is listed as an unsecured creditor).

Just thinking about custard makes me want to vomit. It's the sickly, yellow, thick, texture with an obnoxious after taste that I can't stand!

So is this “deal” 100% real that ken mentioned in the email yesterday Howard , is it looking like a certain deal will happen ?

I suppose the only thing that might change that is if he feels under pressure re wages? I don't know - he might feel bad....

Are you serious???

Yes

What I don't get in the light of the recent posts is that Anderson said that the wages will be paid and they're due tomorrow. How does that work? Will Anderson pay himself or does the alleged deal mean that the new owners would pay? And if so wouldn't that mean it's a done deal regardless?

The thought is that no one will pay, with Anderson playing the 'it will be paid when the takeover is done' card

Any question that includes the words ‘Anderson said’ can be answered with ‘he is probably telling lies’

You are to be pitied if you don't like custard. Maybe you  had a deprived upbringing  an unfortunate home life, no culinary skills or simply poor taste.

I wondered If there is an agreement between the parties , that at least in part wages will  be paid to the extent that they are covered via the monies collected tomorrow in respect of March season ticket direct debit instalments .  Whilst its not a done deal I dont think its that far from being so.

in which case is it a done deal?

Can't imagine new buyer would pay if there is any chance of getting gazumped or Anderson throwing a hissy fit and trying to move the goalposts at the last minute.

I don’t believe that anybody will be paid tomorrow

@Howardroark going to be some uproar tomorrow then with staff/players not being paid again late two months in a row.

You may be right. I hope you are wrong.
